Do not ORDER tools with a credit card from HF! I ordered an ICON 73" cabinet and side locker on 3/27/24. They charged my card on 3/28/24 and HF Cancelled my order because of some "Computer glitch", though one person I called said it was entered incorrectly so she "fixed it". Then I get two emails saying my order was cancelled. I went to the store and they said we can credit your card and then you can re-order if you want. Next day they said they "credited" my card and it supposedly was processed on 4/3/24. It was NOT and still has NOT been credited. I talked to my bank about a "CC dispute" and they started one for me but unfortunately they are as incompetent as HF is. I have to call someone else to find out what the problem is now. Then I will start a "fraud dispute".... and then file a lawsuit if I don't get refunded. Hopefully HF will be banned from being able to take that CC anyway. They obviously do not want to sell those tool boxes for some reason! DO NOT Order stuff, if you must purchase make sure it is in stock on the floor!

Harbor freight is the worst. They only guarantee there products for 90 days. I bought there Atlas brushless mower, 2 batteries, and a charger. This was a $669.56 purchase. The mower only lasted one year and the ignition failed. Do yourself a favor and don't buy there products! There junk!!

I bought an Automotive Battery Charger about a year ago. I used it once to charge a Toyota Camry Battery and it worked fine. It’s been stored in my garage on a shelf in the original box since then. Today I needed it again and it’s Dead ( no power light .). I called Harbor Freight and they sorry can’t do anything for you. I’m my opinion that’s Bad Customer Service and I will not buy or Recommend Harbor Freight Electric or Battery Power Tools any longer.

They advertise this trailer, that is on the floor visually. Online, it statws that the store has the item available. But when you ask about it. They can't sell it, cant order it, don't know when/if its coming in. Yet they continue to advertise a trailer.

I went to your store in Brownsville tx, I love your store is like kid in a candy store for me but what happened I never had a problem with none of the employees or the previous manager , but the lady that is your manager now, is very rude and she didn’t let me of the employee tat want to help me, having like four employees I ask about 4 times I even got in line to get the help but she refused to let anybody help me, I didn’t get what I wanted so I pay for what I had, and I told the employee that I was going to complain and he said I already looking for another job because of her and I would appreciate if you can do something about it, so that I don’t have to go all the way to Harlingen because I am not going back till you please get a new manager, thank you, my name is Jorge Hinojosa and I always go there for tools,so please do something about it.

Their system is out of date their mailing system between harbor freight and fed x match's perfect for a four day mail order that taken two weeks and still has not came i don't plan on ordering again off them it's really odd I ordered from Florida a day later than harbor freight 175 miles father that order came last Friday by UPS thanks harbor freight buy no thank you to your messed up mailing process I buy elsewhere!

I am there every day it seems buying one thing or another, and even belong to their inside track club but am very disappointed because I purchased a lynxx battery operated extension chain saw and now batteries are no longer available for them. It seems that every once and a while they discontinue there brands and change them so they are absolete. For certain things much. Etter off getting a Dewalt or other name vrand

Your 90 day policy is ridiculous. My Husband bought a spray gun to paint our house and was told by the person he hired that it would not work. I took it back a few days past the 90 days and was told that they were not able to do anything about it. They couldn't even give us credit for it. Now I'm stuck with an $80 spray gun. It's never been used. Still in box which was never opened. Was not aware of your policy. But for sure, I will never buy anything here again 😡

Bought a bauer drain auger (1724e-b) some time ago and cable broke, while I was able to purchase a new cable the drum cable also should be replaced but harbor freight doesn't offer a drum cable replacement which pretty much renders this machine useless , so why should anybody buy harbor freight if replacement parts are an issue, very unhappy customer

Bought a hydrostar drain auger around 3 or 4 months ago, it was priced 3 to 4 hundred can't remember, first it was missing foot switch, bought a new one, motor is junk , took belt off hand spun motor barely moves, never buy there garbage, my opinion, there just a rip off

I purchased a double barrel Rock tumbler. I called the 800 number for technical assistance at 8:30pm. I am now a customer for LIFE. Not only did I get an individual based in the US-Landon was incredible. He understands customer service. He did everything, including researching, to help find an answer for me. Thank you Harbour Freight for VALUING your clients and providing us with live, US based customer service. It really is appreciated.

I bought a battery charger for 60 dollars. It didn't work. Couldn't return it due to their policy. Never buy anything that needs power there.

DO NOT buy there pesticide sprayer. They don’t work and as soon as you open them they won’t accept them back,that’s why there alway taped up. Don’t recommend them at all…you will regret it

If you need to return something they make it difficult and time consuming. I bought a hand spray pump for a birthday gift. Without asking any questions they referred me to a website for returns telling for the safety of their store they needed my email address to process an RMA. Save time and aggravation and buy somewhere else. I would give this customer service a negative 5 if I could

Bought a belt sander Thursday afternoon last week and wanted to place the order before the Easter holiday weekend. On Friday I went back onto the site to look at the belt sander once again and to read about all the features and look more closely at it and I see that they were offering a 15% coupon no exemptions through the holiday weekend. I called customer service explain to them and they told me they would not be able to help me that I would have to wait for the item to be shipped I would have to refuse it or take it back to the store for my refund, and just order another one at the sale price. Monday morning I now come on to the website to see what is going on with my order and I see that it's still processing they haven't even processed the order yet, but they tell me that they can't apply the 15% coupon, and they're not able to help me. Well this is the first and last time that I buy anything from Harbor freight. Be warned, they are of no help to their customers.

I asked a store associate to help locate an item to be purchased. He was extremely rude and arrogant! I will not shop in this store again. Previously I'd always been satisfied with Store personnel and products .

I am an Insider Member @ Harbor Freight. YES... It is worth the small fee! If you are not member, you need to read the fine print first before you go! (No reason for a bad review because you can't read the coupon properly.) I love the Harbor Freight in Portsmouth, NH. The staff there are very nice and so helpful on all my numerous trips there! I purchased two more US General Chests for gifts for students at Pathfinder Reg. Voc. H.S. today and I really wanted a "blue chest." Already bought a green one so I figured I would take a Red one...all of a sudden I hear them from out back saying "We found a blue one, it's the only one left!" I bought them both and was thrilled. Hoping to get the bottoms to these chests for the students, but I'm a sale shopper! So as soon as I see a good one, I'll be on it! Thanks to everyone at this store today for going above and beyond, especially getting them in my Subaru....barely! You hire the nicest people ever!

Went to harbor freight for my first time I got a flyer and a mail and they were having some sales I went and bought an item that was on sale and took it up to the counter with a few other pieces of merchandise and they rang it up and it came up wrong I explained to the lady that that was on sale she looked it up and said oh yes it is on sale but you have to be a member for $29 to get the sale price there was nothing the flyers that said I had to be a member or on the sticker on the shelf what a lousy lousy deal won't go there again

Walk into Harbor freight looking for a Roll cab toolbox. Come to find out they don’t stock them you have to order them. OK place the order on 1/17/24 And was given and unreasonable the delivery time of 3/3/24 but said hey, I want it I’ll order it and wait that date came and went here. It is 3/26/24 no email the rep at the store said “ there’s nothing we can do about it it’s third-party” - wow great customer service now I know why you’re stocking shelves
