Hardware and Handles was launched by F R Scott Ltd, to expand the ironmongery side of its business online.

Formed in 1945, F R Scott Limited is the largest independent ironmongers in the Hull area. Operating from a 30,000 square feet warehouse in Hull City Centre, we supply architectural and builders' ironmongery, fasteners and tools to industry, builders, engineers and the public throughout East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire.

“Great company to deal with, even though I was a bit nervous initially, as hadn't heard of them and they are online. First I ordered some samples - Paul was very helpful and processed a refund when Royal Mail lost part of the order. Subsequently I placed a larger order and the handles arrived 6 days later (this time via a courier), well packaged, and look beautiful in our new kitchen. Would definitely use this company again. “I ordered two fasteners which arrived quickly and are really well made. Exactly what I was looking for - coated black but still made of brass to avoid rust (like cheaper versions). The screws were also good quality and came with them which is great. I’ll buy from again!”
