“Simon and co were easy to deal with and extremely professional. Any queries we had were answered very quickly. A slight hiccup on the day they laid the carpet, was quickly and smoothly sorted. They went out of their way to get our carpet laid on the day. It was most appreciated. Would highly recommend Simon and the team.”

“Very impressed with the service delivered. Pete the vinyl installer was very informative and helpfully answered all the questions I had about looking after the vinyl :-) At the sales stage Shane was very patient and helpful while we took time to make a decision on what carpet and vinyl we wanted which was much appreciated.”

“Very good advice given as to what carpet would be most suitable. The choice made suits the house and the furniture. Excellent comments from all who have seen it and walked on it. Laying day went well in spite of the heat. Just felt the family member who was due to undergo shoulder surgery the following day was relied upon a little too much to vacuum clean and return furniture as rooms were completed. Luckily the surgery went ahead as planned with outer wounds healing well but internal issues still to be resolved.”
