After choosing a top of the range blind system i was disappointed with the cheap fittings used to open and close the blinds, one has already broken

Very late to receive and big delays, understandable due to covid but communication was very poor. The quality if the venetians are questionable as bowing after 2 months. Curtains and sheers very happy with.

Initial consult was great. Subsequent customer service quite average, bordering on poor. Installation was delayed several months all up - outside the control of Harrison’s, but updates had to be requested and we weren’t given a chance to change fabric (every time we called we were told it was only a few weeks away). Minor Post install issue with colour of black out backing fabric was never addressed (no follow up after we raised the issue).

Curtains did not sit right and i had to fix them myself. They were creased also. For the amount if money I paid, I'd expect them to be better than what they were and I'd expect them to be fixed by Harrisons, not myself.

Lovely curtains, love the colours & fabric sadly attention to detail not quite there, long wait on curtain fabric, incorrect track originally supplied.

Disappointing that weeks later we are still waiting for the installer to return to site to complete a job that has already been fully paid for.

Great before sales service but poor after sales service. Time frames were much longer than we were told (installation was very prompt though) and I felt like the staff weren’t interested in anything other than me paying my bill asap.

A long journey getting blinds, wrong size came out had to go back to get cut then a wait for another install. Another small issue to be fixed.

Our franchisee was lovely, helpful and experienced. However our drapes had to to go back twice as the sides were riding up. This took a long time to rectify, in the middle of winter when we had taken all the older window dressings down and had sheets at the windows on all 3 floors of our home. The 3rd time they came back looking quite acceptable but now, 2 months or so into the instal some of them are riding up again.

Happy with the blinds and the installation, unfortunately, a fault was discovered and a new blind ordered on the 12.8.20 since then we have had no further updates and no sign of the replacement, other than a communication with the fitter who is also to replace a cord.

As stated before it was poor attention to detail. I nearly didn't get a tie back and then when I did get it, the rings were too small for the existing fitting and I was left to sort myself. The provider offered me plastic cup hooks as a solution!!!

quality and price great, pity about the installer, wife was lovely, sad because i would like more blinds but not going to them.
