“I received short notice of a cancellation and made another appointment for the following week. However the person never showed up, I discovered there was an issue with the address and phone number. The service was very bad and there was no apology for the inconvenience. A few years ago we asked a carpet person to come and they did not come on time. They had to come back again for the next appointment. When they send me a bill it had the wrong address and the wrong person's name on it which I found to be ridiculous.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Firstly my sincere apologies, the mix up of the address was a human error made by one of my new team members. It has presented your previous address from a historical lead in the system. This was no fault of the Business Owner but due to an error within my team. I know that the agent has since contacted you and the business owner to apologise for his error. I will also investigate the error with the carpet invoice that you received. “Paula Youds from Harrisons Curtains and Blinds, was amazing to deal with. The blinds and curtains look amazing. Paula knew exactly what I was wanting. The installation was really straight forward, for both. I would definitely recommend Paula if you are looking for Blinds and curtains and want someone who is passionate about their products”

“The initial consultation was excellent, and we found fabric very quickly to suit the spaces. The timing was very good from quote to installation. Had a couple of issues with the installation, but overall very happy with the result.”

“Thanks Marion and the team; you were excellent every step of the way, from the consultation to the finished product installed by professionals. We now have beautiful electric Roman Blinds, a ranch slider curtain and wooden shutters. It has transformed our place. We highly recommend Harrisons Curtains!!”
