“We used Dave, Laura, Jennifer and Juan from Harrisons in Hawke's Bay. Laura guided us through the process. She was very patient with all our questions and shed light into so many details we had not known about before. The installation took place appr. 6 weeks earlier than initially proposed, which was a nice surprise during these times. I loved their customer service, prompt reply to emails and telephone communication when appointments had to be done. Showing up on time when agreed on. Overall a very pleasant experience and we can highly recommend the team in Hawke's Bay.”

“The administration lady who took my call was very rude and unhelpful. It was off putting. The man who rang me back to set up an appointment was nice and helpful but I had already chosen to go elsewhere.”

“We have had Solar panels since May 2018 - love in Taupo,and had been thinking of getting a Tesla Powerwall battery for some time. We arranged a visit from the Waikato installer , David ,in April. He was very, very thorough, making sure we had enough panels to make the installation of a battery appropriate for our circumstances. He explained the workings of the battery in-depth, and we went ahead and paid the deposit. He had told us that due to shipping delays etc., we may not get the battery until late August - early Sept. - but possibly earlier. He kept us updated throughout the waiting time and in early September, he installed it. Due to staffing shortages, he had to work on his own, but he arrived on a Saturday, and stayed until the installation was complete. We could not have wished for a better person., and we have no hesitation in recommending him. Regards John Lucas”

“We selected Harrisons because Carter, their Canterbury solar expert, answered all our questions honestly - even answering my really curly questions with "I'm not sure, but I'll find out" ... which he then did. As a techno-geek I wanted to optimise my solar system to charge my EV and heat my hydronic floor, and Carter patiently helped me through the selection process to get the optimum balance of cost, performance, longevity, and great looks for the panels and the inverter. Even on the night before the install, he called to offer to swap our panels to all black ones, at no extra cost, because he knew my wife would prefer them to better match our black roof. They were both right! Carter and Kate made the whole process not just easy, but efficient and focussed with quick, clear communications and processing. The installation itself went like clockwork and was finished by mid-afternoon on mid-winter's day. The system has performed faultlessly since, with production steadily climbing as the year advances. After wincing at the up-front cost, I cannot express the great joy of dismissing a power bill as "cheap" or watching the EV charging for free. Thanks, Carter and Kate - it's been a real pleasure. Harrisons has a wide range of quality equipment, great after-sales service and excellent warranty backup. We had a pleasant experience with Harrisons Solar Christchurch rep., Chris Dearsley and his wife Billie, in choosing and purchasing our solar installation. Chris is courteous, reliable, very patient and professional. He was punctual for appointments; set an installation date that was adhered to and never forgets to follow up on customer questions or respond to emails. We had 20 Q-Cell solar panels and a Tesla battery installed. We are very impressed with the clean-look installation of the energy processing equipment within our garage. Our new energy system exceeds our expectations. We highly recommend Harrisons to anyone thinking of going solar.”
