Do not buy from this company. False advertising. I should not have to go look for the "fine print" that states the picture they show in advertisement is not what you will receive. I wouldn't have paid this much money for such a cheap product. I tried to cancel my order when I read some of the other reviews, but their web site does not exist any more. Found other gel pens on Amazon for a better price and a 100 count. They arrived in 2 days and are great. You even get a pen holder for each color unlike the Harry Store that sends only 5 pen holders for 48 colors. Who wants to switch out their pens every time you want to change colors???”
“everything that everyone said so far? so true. the company doesn’t even exist, i received an email stating that “we have fully described the product information, you should have read it carefully before ordering” uhhhhhh...i got 2 pen shells and the refills of the gel pens...definitely not what i was told i would be getting. and i can’t believe i paid money for this. hope everything is safe in regards to my $ etc. un. real. i would say “never order from them” buuuut their website and store doesn’t even exist and is “unavailable.” last time i fall for something off of social media.”
“Same here about the gel pens. I received internal parts and only 4 pen shells. I emailed the person like the website told me and explained this and that I wanted the rest of the pen shells like advertised. Never received a reply and now it says the store is unavailable. I wish I had read these reviews. Also now receiving spam emails from weird places and wondering if my email was shared and praying my credit card info was protected.”
“It is a COMPLETE RIPOFF! Do not waste your time and money. We spent $40.00 on glitter pens that took 6 weeks to come and when they arrived they were only ink fillers with 2 plastic pen cases. When we contacted the store, they changed their Facebook page to "no comments".”
