“I've dealt with Hattons since taking up model railways some 10 years ago and have had nothing but the best service from them. My onlly problem was dealing with their old website when ordering but a quick phone call ended the problem. Recently I had a small order of Airfix tank kits for their excellent warwells (highly recommended) when checked there were some tracks missing from the kit packaging. A quick phone call and I received replacements by first post this morning. Great service on a £25 order which I really appreciate, now all I have to do is get the kits built and load up the warwells.”

“I've been a customer of Hattons for just a year & I've purchased items every month with almost daily checks of the websites offers & pre-owned stock. I've never been dissapointed with anything I've bought & the customer service & subject knowledge is next to none in my experience. Packaging, order information & delivery are 10/10 (I always select Royal Mail delivery) & the prices & range of stock are fantastic. “I haven't been using Hattons since I was 13 That's was 47 years ago, but only got back into using them a few years ago because of the internet so it's always been good for me the postal service is great ,,,, couldn't ask for more,,,, 👌😊”

“I have just received my first purchase from Hattons, today the 22nd December 2018. I am most impressed with the delivery time bearing in mind that I only ordered my, Drummond 700 Class Locomotive late, on the 19th December 2018 and the fact that it is now the Christmas period. “First time I've dealt with Hatton's and I am most impressed with their service. My online order was placed just after 3.00pm and it was delivered just before 3.00pm the next day. I did have a couple of question before ordering so rang them and a very friendly lady proved most helpful. Well done Hatton's.”

“Hi at. HATTONS I have dealt with you many times realy got some great deals with you. Always satisfied with the locomotives I bought and I good prices because from time to time you have sales which allows me to be able to purchase more locomotives. “Hi I have been on the hattons email site for several months and very happy with there site. great info and the stock is vast. last Tuesday I spotted the watneys red barrel pallets on hattons site could not believe my luck as I have several watneys trucks on my layout. went onto the sign up for an account it was so easy bought two sets of pallets. Friday the royal mail delivered my parcel so quick an packed very secure. will be buying again soon.”
