Julie was available to talk to night or day, could always answer my questions and went above and beyond to ensure we knew everything we needed to know nefore we went. She truely is a Disney expert. On top of all of this, when my son got taken ill on holiday and had to stay a night in a French hospital, Julie was straight on the phone rearranging our ferry and getting us an extra night in the Disney hotel - both free of charge. This took so much stress off of us and I would definitely book through Julie again.”

“We visited Hays travel Lancaster on the off chance whilst in Lancaster to rebook our honeymoon to Dubai (previously booked a hotel at the top of the palm with Virgin holidays) due to Covid-19 we had to change the date 3 times. The staff are so helpful & knowledgable & advised you only stay at the top of the palm if you want to drop & flop (not sightsee). They found us the perfect hotel Dukes the Palm which is at the bottom of the palm looked great however when we got to the hotel it was amazing & in the perfect location. Jade the representative of Hays was having to work from home, but always answered emails, rang when needed. This young lady is a credit to the company. After we recevied our refund.
