“Went into the showroom to check out an ID3 & ID4, no one on reception, me and my husband wandered around and still no one to speak too, saw an employee walking through showroom to staff area probably with the bacon sandwiches, still no one to speak too, eventually my husband approached a man who walked out of an office, a salesman took outside to look at an ID4 he actually walked passed the model and my husband actually pointed it out to him, totally uninterested, he unlocked the car from the showroom, we looked round it, still no salesman came and we walked off, terrible experience, we have a Tiguan but will definitely not be going back to Doncaster and stick with Sheffield.”
“We bought a VW Tiguan (17 plate) We was lied to from the very beginning. Told us the car had had 1 owner and had been looked after ‘perfectly’ by a lady. Turns out the car actually had 2 previous owners.. to say the least the steering wheel looked as though it had been chewed! There was numerous lights on the dash board after less than a month of having it the car. However during summer we took a trip away.. on the way back the car was skipping gears (dangerous to drive especially when we have our son in the car) we got back home and rang the recovery team who told us the car needed a new brain!! Why?! If the car had been looked after so well.. we got it into the heyselden garage who told us the part would take between 7-10 days to arrive from Germany.. frankly the part was in the car and fitted the following day by 2pm. Suspicious this car part wasn’t new!!
I emailed and never had replies, I rang and never got called back.
I’d NEVER recommend this company! They lie through there back teeth to make a sale.”
