The pillows are hypo-allergenic, hypo-bacteriogenic (washable), and available in 7 different thicknesses for adults in Standard, Queen, King & Travel sizes & 2 different thicknesses for children. Headleveler offers a concierge custom pillow service based on body measurements and sleep habits.

Malgré tous nos efforts pour vous envoyer la bonne épaisseur, il se peut des fois qu'un ajustement est requis car le matelas aussi rentre en ligne de compte pour l'épaisseur d'un oreiller. “I bought a 100$ dollar pillow which was not the right size. It cost me 25$ to return it. It is quite a bit to only try a pillow that does not fit right. Having known that, I would not have bought it”

For this reason, we offer free exchanges for our pillows in case a pillow is too thick or not thick enough. Our records indicate that you were offered this option, but wished a refund. We offer free exchanges because our mission is for our customers to receive a perfectly-fitting pillow. As stated on our website, pillows may be returned via a method of your choice for a full refund. If a return label is sent to you, a nominal $10 fee is deducted from the refund. “I wanted to love this pillow. It's a great shape and height with baffling to keep everything in place and customer service was really responsive when I had a question, but unfortunately, the pillow is a brick and the casing is very stiff. If you like a *very* firm pillow, this is for you! I need a much softer pillow with the same initial loft. I kept the pillow because it was difficult to ascertain how stuff the pillow was in the packaging, and the shipping costs to and from were enough to make returning not worthwhile for me, but I'll end up donating the pillow.”

Hello, Thanks for your review. If you find the pillow still too thick, please do not worry. It will soften up with use during the first few weeks of use. There are different ways to use the pillow. For instance, both surfaces of the pillow are not the same. One is meant for uniquely side sleepers, and the other surface is for both side and back sleepers. If you need any kind of help and/or explanation, please do not hesitate to contact us. It can also take a bit of time to get used to the pillow. We are here to help you if you have any questions or want to make sure you are using it correctly. “I purchase a pillow per my doctor suggestion. I spoke to someone at headleveler and with some questions they suggested a specific pillow. Received the pillow pretty fast. Felt the pillow to hard so I called back. They suggested a different model. Returned the previous one and tested the new on I felt it was better but it’s hard to judge when it’s in a plastic envelope. So I took it out and took a chance but I don’t like it. Now I’m stuck with it. The service was amazing but the pillow not so much. That’s the problem when you can’t try them before you can buy. Will stick to buying in the stores so I can try them.”
