The pillows are hypo-allergenic, hypo-bacteriogenic (washable), and available in 7 different thicknesses for adults in Standard, Queen, King & Travel sizes & 2 different thicknesses for children. Headleveler offers a concierge custom pillow service based on body measurements and sleep habits.

“Great product and great customer service whenever needed. I would say that since the move to the on-line ordering platform, this has created a lot of confusion in verifying the sizes with the descriptions that appear when we order. We order using the numbered sizes, (18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33) and the on-line ordering system does not display the sizes in this way on most of the pages, so it is quite an effort to constantly be going back and forth between pages to confirm that we aren't making sizing mistakes when ordering. Can we please request that the numbered sizes appear on the distributor list throughout the ordering process? Thanks”

Hi Katharine, Thank you very much for your positive review. I have good news for you. The numbers you are looking for are already on the Wholesale Order Form. Please note that you can easily order without experiencing the issue of the numbered sizes by going to the Wholesale Order Form located under the Distributors tab, once you have logged in. The SKU column (located to the left of the prices) shows all of the numbers that you are used to. It's the best way to order quickly and efficiently. “Excellent service à la clientèle. L'oreiller est confortable. C'est un peu difficile de bien tester l'oreiller en le laissant dans le plastique car il reste toujours de l'air dans le sac et ça ajoute de l'épaisseur à l'oreiller sans que notre tête puisse vraiment 's'enfoncer dedans'. Après 4 jours, j'ai risqué le tout pour le tout et l'oreiller était très comfortable. Je n'ai pas plus ou moins mal au cou qu'avec mon vieil oreiller mais je sens que mon cou a plus de soutien. Par contre, après un mois d'utilisation, la section qui soutien le cou est déjà beaucoup affaissée et supporte donc de moins en moins le cou et devient un oreiller 'ordinaire'.”

“J'ai un problème de cou et d'épaule et je souhaitais améliorer mon état. Jusqu'ici, ça na pas fonctionné, mais l'oreiller est très confortable. J'espère qu'à long terme, mon état pourra s'améliorer. Après quelques jours, je ne crois pas que je puisse formuler une opinion complète. Quelques semaines seront nécessaires. Merci.”
