“This company looks like a scam. I placed my order in July, never got it. I contacted them, they were so responsive. Promised that I will get my order by 3 Sept. When the order has not arrived, emailed them again and was advised that my order is considered lost now but asked to wait until 17th of Sept and if it never arrives, they will solve the issue. No need to say that nothing has arrived, but they disappeared after I requested a refund and no one is responding to my emails. Solution: I raised a dispute to my bank and should get my money back soon. You can do so also if you paid via PayPal. Do not leave your money for them. They are ripping people off. Be careful.”

“I waited over 10 weeks for my order ( I allowed for longer delivery time due to Covid-19) but when I sent an email requesting a refund I was told “ Please do not leave a negative review we are doing our best under difficult conditions” Rubbish! They take your money with no intention of delivering the goods.

“My order came in lots of packets spread over lots of days. A couple from Gibraltar, rest from the USA. The Gibraltar ones took a few weeks, USA months.
Since this, I found out that very few items are shipped from the UK. They are shipped from Gibraltar and the USA in order to avoid paying VAT and Customs Duty.
The company is Jersey based so to not pay any corporation tax.
For a lot of items, they don't actually have the stock, and purchase from a company in the USA. These are put in bags, boxed up and posted to the UK, then when in the UK, are actually put in the post.
There are lots of delays. Main reason being is that these boxes are only posted once a week from the USA. So if you order the afternoon after the box is posted, your item is sat around for a week before it even gets put in the post. If there's not enough items to go in the box, or bills have not been paid, the box is delayed, so you may be 2 weeks instead of 1 before it actually gets posted.
Health Monthly say that it is posted, and blame it on "the postal service" etc, but it's just sat in a box waiting to be collected in the USA.”
“I received an email to say my order was being prepared, the problem with this is that I have never accessed this site nor have I ever ordered supplements from anywhere.
I can only assume that this is fraud, in fact it is fraudulent, the delivery address doesn't even correspond to where I live.

“I ordered my item in good faith as it said they were in stock still nit arrived and there is something wrong with health supplements taking so long to be delivered. They are refusing a refund even though the item has not been delivered. I should of gone to my local health store avoid at all costs.”
