Every company, but especially a distributor of health products needs to have ethics, about doing business, communication and delivery! Probably they don't realize that people's health is depending on their service, above the fact that also steal our money.

I would give this company no stars if I could. Shocking service. It's taken 3 months to get goods which were supposedly in stock at the time of ordering. I have had to put a claim into PayPal... I wonder whether that is why they have finally arrived today. Do not use them.

Customer Service to them involves sending gaslighting messages, complaining about the impact of the pandemic (which we all have to deal with) but they never acknowledge a request to pass the matter to management or their legal team.
