“This is an amazing suite of tools. Well thought out. I'm a Diamond plan which is one short of Elite. These tools are Great for planning and tracking. Profits is a great daily snapshot of all my markets on one page. Saves me time. Alerts is very useful though sometimes not the fastest off the line. Follow-up is much better than my previous supplier. But could be simplified a bit in automations. Would be nice to be able to stack all my ASINS in one automation with different templates for each ASIN. The developers will have to figure that out. Cerebro research is awesome. The list goes on... Helium provides the best shovels for this gold mining town.”

“I really love how you keep adding new tools but the price stays the same. One way I would suggest improving Follow-up is to include a feature that managebystats and feedback whiz have...which is being able to download reports that includes the customers name and address that way we are able to put it in a spreadsheet. I really hope you will be able to add this feature!”

“There are plenty of other tools out there to help you sell on Amazon and some are pretty good. The problem, though, is that you need several tools to really do your product research the right way. I spent my first two years as an Amazon seller using other tools that worked, but didn't give me the complete picture. As a result, I've lost THOUSANDS of dollars wasting my time on bad products. With Helium 10, you have a suite of tools that cover everything you need to be a successful Amazon seller. From product research to listing optimization to customer follow up... it's all there! Not to mention the training videos that are accessible at any time right from the Helium 10 Dashboard. It really is the total package. I just wish I signed up sooner!!”

“It is a bit complicated for me, it is a lot of information, maybe my problem is a little English, I have also done everything as explained in the videos, but I do not get resusltado ... I have not been able to analyze my ppc results .. I think that is the most complicated part of all this, finding and putting keywords is possible, pay the price, does it not work? change it by analyzing the ppc ... there is the big problem ... good thanks”

“I've used a lot of software for Amazon Selling. In addition I develop our own software for our business use using the Amazon APIs. But I have to say, IMHO, H10 has done a remarkable job as a business solution for new sellers and experienced sellers alike. From finding products, analyzing your existing sales to getting reviews, each of their modules is top notch and they are constantly adding additional functionality. This software is a excellent value and I highly recommend you look a it for your business.”
