“Hi, I just bought your product Helium 10 Platinum. I wanted to set up the Helium 10 follow-up in order to send automatic messages to anyone that buy my product. I made my own message Template with your Template Editor. I used to do it through a different website, but now that I am working with Helium 10, I wanted to do it through your website. I want my message to be as personal as possible, with the other website there is an option to add an Insert with the [[customer-first-name]], this way I could start my message with "Hi [[customer-first-name]], ......." Your "Insert Amazon Template Tags" don't have the option to add the customer-first-name and that's a pity. Please check out and consider adding this option, it is very important to me! I will be happy if you can Informing me when this option is available. Best regards, Ran Shemesh”

We completely understand your concern about wanting to personalize your Follow-Up messages with the Amazon buyers' name. Personalizing those Follow-Up emails are very helpful in increasing engagement and review rate. As of June 2019, Amazon removed the ability for developers (like Helium10 and others) to gain access to the Amazon buyers' names for FBA orders. What that means is that it's simply not possible to have that name in Follow-Up emails and for Helium10 to stay compliant within Amazon's developer TOS. If Amazon ever decides to change the rules and allow that access again, we will definitely keep all of our customers posted.

“I know there is a lot of other tools out there BUT I do like H-10 i just wish i had some one on one time with a more advanced seller who could actually show me what i really need to look for using the H-10 tools. I know there are videos all over but for most of us sometimes after watching all the videos, it still isn't good enough when you have direct questions and are looking for direct answers. I do like it though and will continue to use it AS LONG AS THE PRICE DOES NOT GO UP. It's pretty high as it is now for some of us. Thanks Justin - JCCS”
