“I like the many services provided, but as a new seller with only 1 product that is still struggling for consistent profit, I find the monthly cost quite a bit. I'd like to see maybe 6 months or even a year of a reduced price (not free), which I think would pay off for Helium 10 in the long run. But keep up the good work. The service itself is great! :) PS. I think the names of the different tools are kinda silly. For the first while (as a newbie), I would have rather had the names just say exactly what they do... instead of BlackBox, Cerebro, Trendster and Magnet.”

“Alot of great things, however a few suggestions. A way to customize the reports we get and the ability to take the Helium10 logo off of them. Also, a more accurate look at PPC and Inventory. The keyword features are perfect though! That is your forte! Thank you!”

“Quite simply, Helium 10 is everything. I started making the transition from an Amazon affiliate to an Amazon seller in March of 2019. I pieced together training and advice from several sources to understand the basics of this business and launched my first branded product in July 2019. Prior to the launch I joined Helium 10 as well as a competitor product. I dropped the competitor after about 10 days when it became apparent that they could not compare to Helium 10 in terms of the ease of use and comprehensive nature of the tools. I am writing this in August 2019, thirty days after launch and I am proud to say that my first effort immediately began making sales and I expect a full return on all of the funds I invested to start this business within the next 30 to 60 days. I fully credit the research and optimization tools and training provided by the Helium 10 team for this. These guys turned on all the lights in a dark room and even as a beginner I was able to proceed with all of the confidence of a grizzled veteran. It's like knowing the answers before the question is asked. The best part of all of this is that I realize that I am only leveraging about ten percent of the power of these tools, so the future is extremely bright. I cannot say enough about the comfort and ease of mind that this team has provided me and I cannot wait to meet them to thank them all personally. Helium 10 allowed me to stop looking at the Amazon that I could see and start seeing Amazon the way it actually is. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!”

“I'm a big fan of the Cerebro tool which helps me optimize my PPC campaigns by honing in on the best keywords to use. The ability to see both search traffic and level of competition for each keyword is very useful. I also like the Magnet and Keyword Tracker, and I use Scribbles to make my product listings. I use X-Ray almost daily to check sales data for product research. I'm looking forward to trying out their new Follow-Up too for my email campaigns. I really appreciate the multi-pronged approach of this application. This is an all around excellent resource.”
