“all is good, except keyword rankings server speed - it is often very slow, and freezes. I need to open a new page sometimes to see what I want faster.”

“I've tried a number of tools for keyword research, and Helium 10 is by far the most comprehensive and flexible. The new email follow-up tool is great and simple to use -- We had a horrible experience with an email tool from a different vendor that just "went away" one day, and never fully worked in the first place. It is awesome to have all the Helium 10 functionality in a single tool.”

“Enjoy Helium 10 very much. There are rooms to improve. For example there are test of the template but there is no test to check if the emails are active or not. I have given up in setting up these emails because I am not sure they are working. Export scribbles result can not export unusual letters (EU) and s' in English. It would be helpful to have at least one phone call for support once a month for PLATINUM PLAN users as it is much efficient to go through problems with some one in phone or zoom. Some of the supports are good some are not. Bradly is the best!”

“There are some powerful products that I use for my business on a daily basis, but those tools also have some significant drawbacks. 1. The Profits section is great when it works. My inventory has been missing in my account for almost two months now and no one can give me any type of answer as to why this is happening. It practically renders the product useless 2. The Keyword tracker tool is extremely sluggish. Once you get over 500 works to track over all you products, the tool completely bogs down. Each menu is clunky, won't sort, can't filter, become unresponsive, etc. I have to constantly refresh to page in order to do anything in keywords that I am tracking for my 9+ products. 3. Once you are tracking keywords for an ASIN, there is no one way add ASINs to that keyword list as you add variations and scale your business. You have to create a completely new keyword tracker for all the ASINs and its child variations. Overall I've just been unhappy with the Helium 10 lately. I hope you guys can get these issue sorted, but it's been frustrating, especially with the cased copy and paste responses to the tickets I've opened.”
