“Platinum level using X-Ray is NOT UNLIMITED, as it obviously would be perceived since there is a check box. There are plenty of other limitations in the other categories that are clearly stated. It will stop working on you once you hit the limit. Myself, and several others all had massive issues with this. The response from "customer service" was "Well, we did not write it was unlimited" but any person with a half of brain would perceive a check box as unlimited when every other box shows limitations. BE AWARE”

“1. Is it possible to have week plan, beside month and year plan ? that would be more flexible for users like me. 2. Can I cancel the account in advance when I open a new subscription, or I just subscribe for one month，so no need for me to cancel when the time ends, because people easily forget.”

Hi Fandy, Those are some excellent questions! 1. At this time we don't have the ability to do that. We will consider your recommendation though. 2. That is a somewhat unique case. If you email support@helium10.com when you sign up and ask them to cancel your account at the end of your first month, you shouldn't have to follow up to cancel your account. “Your tools are great. Your videos are great. Blogs, podcasts, your online course, all that is just great. But your admin online just sucks! I couldn't change my address myself. Your system, obviously the only one in the world, doesn't accept my normal credit card. I can't even add my phone number myself. And I can't change the time I get my daily mails with my stats and alerts. I live in Germany. I want everyday at 7am an overview of what happened the past day. And I get it only at 5pm! This is either too early or too late. But I can't even change this simple setting myself. The time zone doesn't let me. Of course, this is a detail compared to everything else you offer. You do deliver an awful lot. But if I don't write that, when are you gonna change it? It is sad to lessen such a great experience with your tolls with such unimportant details that should work.”

“Horrible experience. Customer service is almost non-existent. Takes forever to get replies to emails. Customer service staff is untrained to handle customer related issues. Think hard before you sign up.”
