“Today, I received a Stattrak Butterfly Factory New Urban Masked from a drop, which was an exciting find. However, upon checking the system, I noticed it was priced at $418, which is significantly lower than its true value. On their website, a Factory New item is listed for $1582, and Factory New + Stattrak is 418$. Unfortunately, I can't transfer it on Steam since the item is currently out of stock. When I contacted customer support, they informed me that they are unable to adjust the price and suggested exchanging it at the $418 value. Given my extensive history with Hellcase, where I've spent over $15,000 and faced substantial losses, this situation is particularly frustrating. Finally obtaining a valuable drop only to find it drastically undervalued adds to the disappointment.”

“I am writing to report a distressing incident that recently occurred while using Booking.com. Unfortunately, I fell victim to a scam that has resulted in the theft of $350 from my account. I had made a legitimate reservation through Booking.com and received a confirmation email. However, after a couple of days, I received a message that appeared to be from the hotel, on Booking.com Platform (Mobile App) which stated that my booking might be cancelled due to an error during verification of your payment method and that Booking.com requires to verify my payment method and confirm my identity as a holder. Believing it was a legitimate request as the message came from within Booking.com site message platform itself, I provided the requested information. This resulted in the deduction of USD 150 and USD 199 in two separate instances by Hellcase.com Limassol CYP from my credit card during my card verification process. How can Hellcase.com charge me when I don't know them, neither have any business with them nor have never ordered anything from them and how can they claim that amount from my credit card from my bank. Thats daylight robbery. You guys are robbers and are linked with scammers.”

“Hello! can i have some help I put money on the account 4 days ago, I opened some boxes (boxes at the price requested on the website) and after a short time my account was banned, I tried to find an answer, but the only answer was to wait until the investigation is over and that's it I was postponed one day after another, and today I received the final answer "Dear customer, Sadly, this ban is permanent and non-negotiable after it was issued by the system. My apologies. We are not able to help you with this situation." I specify that I did nothing wrong in violating the terms and conditions, I just fed the account and opened boxes in front of the computer, I think I deserve a concrete answer for the action taken, if I broke any rule! Thank you very much!”

“A month ago I decided to buy the gold premium membership off this site and I got 1 dollar back from it. Whenever I make purchases online my card sends me a code on my phone for verification but for some reason it didn't send me a verification because this site has auto renewal subscription. When u go to settings or the premium tab you cant even cancel your subscription. This site is terrible, don't gamble on this website. They literally scam you by giving you terrible items and scam you off auto renew subscriptions that are non cancelable.”

“This is fraud site and had illegally taken $40.45 out of my account. Ive.never subscribed to your service. Yes you fraudulently have taken money out of my account. I need the money refunded immediately. You are a fraudulent company. There is no support line nor email. You are fraudulent. The company never replied because there no way to report fraud.”

“Hellcase is a SCAM site. I got banned permanently (until 2030) today and Kristina of the customer support told me that I have multiply accounts; however I only have my single account for years and I have no clue how those additional account appeared. I suspect that they are just getting rid of the users who are not contributing much to their profits. ---------------------------------------------------------- PS: I withdrawn a lot of skins yesterday then got banned today. And nothing happened before I withdraw such a large amount of skins, and I still have skins that are under withdraw procession.”

“Scam site. Never seen so many bots on one site before. Its insane and so blatant. Keep your eye on who pulls big skins on the left side bar with the live drops. Its the same bots every single time! And if you check those accounts, every single skin is sold back to the site and the steam account of each bot doesnt even have 10$ worth of skins. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM SCAM!”

The fact that some users may sell their items to keep opening cases on the website does not make them ‘bots’. “House edge is massive, don't use this website. You might as well open actual csgo cases, the odds are pretty much the same. Grab a calculator and add up the percentages of getting some awful drop, in almost every case you will end up with ~90% trash while the other 9% is small profit. The 1% chance of hitting a 10x is not worth the risk especially when some cases go above 10$+. You'd have a much higher chance of winning playing roulette. Absolutely mindblowing that this website is so popular when the odds are so awful.”
