“I found this site as I was browsing through the Internet looking for information on the recommended bottles for breastfeeding babies as I've started to express. I found the munchkin latch bottles on this website and I ordered them straight away. They came within 2 days and I received exactly as I had ordered. I would definitely use and recommend Hello Baby.”

“I ordered mid November. After 2 weeks i sent an Email to the customer service because i hadn't received anything. They had no tracking mail and couldn't reply. Eventually I've never received my parcel (a brio train for my son's birthday). after 1,5 month they finally refunded me £35.15 over £48.15. They didn't resend anything ...I call it robbery!!!!”

Hi Toni, We're sorry that your parcel hasn't arrived yet. We've refunded the postage cost on your order as you haven't received the service you paid for. https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/FQ313364546GB Based on the tracking information it looks like Royal Mail made a mistake and sent your parcel to the wrong depot. This happens occasionally and they usually quickly re-route the item. We've reached out to them, but most of the time once we hear back from them in a day or two the parcel has already been delivered to the recipient. “I ordered Paddington Bear on Christmas Eve with the knowledge that delivery would be 3 working days. It arrived the day after Boxing day, thank you I couldn't have asked for more prompt delivery. Paddington seems to met with approval at my sons house ready for baby!”
