“I've dealt with other online Healthcare providers and I i can't say Klarity is better but Dr Wade certainly makes it feel better. He listens to ur situation and determines a solution with you included. I wish her was my primary care and I hope the public reading this is lucky enough to draw him on their visit. “I have been to many Pysch docs and it can be very frustrating because they look at my history and rinse and repeat what I’ve always done which isn’t working for me anymore. I have been desperate for better help for almost a year and I finally found Shelly. She really listens and gives a lot of verbal feedback. I instantly had the feeling of “I’m going to be okay” after my first appointment with Shelly. Although I am really struggling, I truly believe I will find the right answer with Shelly. I’ve discontinued working with all my other doctors and I’m only going to stick with Shelly and my therapist. I’m so grateful for this provider and I’m confident I’m in the right hands.”

“Dr. Patton is great!! My goals were to lose weight and improve my overall health. The entire experience was pleasant and Dr. Patton was there every step of the way. She got back to me within a day of my entries and provided the best encouragement. Along with losing 40lbs, I eliminated three blood pressure meds, reduced my triglycerides to the normal range, and got rid of a fatty liver (NAFLD). All of the health improvements I was hoping for. I highly recommend Klarity and Dr. Patton, specifically!”

He actually listens to you and goes by that information to find the best help for you. He knows what he is doing. I have been dealing with things for over 5 years. “Randy Kauk is an awesome provider who takes the time to explain treatment decisions, is very down to earth and above all, speaks to me, not at me or down to me. Her down to earth demeanor is disarming; and this comes from someone who basically lost all faith in the Healthcare system especially regarding psychiatry. Furthermore she is in a class of her own when it comes to communication and assistance after the appointment. When the pharmacy didn't receive an order for one of my medications, I messaged her after business hours and she had responded by the time they opened the next morning. This is unfortunately not common, especially in telemedicine. If you are considering trying video visits for your psychiatric treatment, and want to be treated respectfully by a provider you can count on, you absolutely want to book with Randy Kauk.”
