We will not use Uber again. We reserved a ride and were quoted $43.94 for the ride. We were charged $46.81 (not a problem as the quoted charge is mostly a good estimate, right?), but we were also charged a $2.43 reservation fee and a $9.15 booking fee. Neither charge was mentioned until we received the final bill, so instead of paying around $54 with tip, we paid $69.37. As you may know, Uber customer service is virtually non-existent, so it truly takes an act of god to get help. What a scam. Not an ethical company.

Had an order delivered to me but the driver said he gave it to the wrong address and went back for it when he delivered the order it was opened and gone through all I got was they would not send the same driver back……No refund 40.00 dollars down the drain …..Do Not Use This Service !

I had to order Uber eats three times. I changed address they would not allow that on app after order I called driver no help will not use Uber eats again. Regular Uber I had no issues

They so unreliable Not even here to help people. I request so many rides and they all get canceled or rejected or not found. Yet they still take money from me. Wtf I’m disabled.

DO NOT BELIEVE that you will get $30 Uber cash if you join Uber One free for 4 months like they offer. I reply my Uber cash didn't show up after enrollment and they say they will response in 6 to 12 hours. 3 days pass and I kept reaching out. I open a new chat and am told not to open up anymore since it would cause " confusion". I feel that it is WAY too suspicious. Don't lie to people and give them the run around when they state their concerns. I've been a loyal customer for years. Such a shame.

We had two vouchers to our company party and couldn’t even get a ride. It says was issue detected. I tried for a half hour and now we are late. I will never use your services again.

I ordered Uber green on 15/11/24 at 4.20pm.The trip was from domestic airport to Bermuda Rd st Helliers. The car was dirty small urine, driver was constantly on the phone talking Indian language. I tell to driver that this is not the car I was ordered. He stopped car at McDonald domestic airport, he charged me full price as I was traveling to my current destination. There was issue with app I was trying to restart my phone and lost all trips history. There no recipes on my email address. I was charged again by another Uber driver to finish my trip

Your pricing keeps going up and i only live 13 min away theres no reason why i should be paying almost $40-$50 for such a short ride i used to spend $20 to go home this is unacceptable and uncalled for

This is the sorriest bunch of individuals that run Uber so ignorant they have an app that does not work. I worked over a week and still have not received my funds. They’re ignorant, robotic selves. Keep sending me the repeated message when their app plainly does not work. They were signed me a fake digital card to use that was declined at Walmart gas station in Lynn Haven Florida. I’ve been unsuccessful. It is been one solid week of still not receiving my earnings

Tried to set up an Uber account for a ride to the airport. Somehow it was locked even though I've never had an account. I did initially set up an Ubereats account months ago but never used it. Didn't order anything at all. Went back and forth with Uber (ride) support who gave me vague answers about why my account was locked. Something about payment methods. They said I could still use my account but with a different payment method. However, I still couldn't logon and told them that. Next they wanted a photo of my identification. I complied with a photo of my driver's licence. Since then they've ghosted me. I am a male approaching retirement age with an excellent credit rating and no issues with credit cards or credit of any manner to speak of. What is the problem? Who knows as they won't tell me. And so I'm not at all surprised to see that they have a 1.1 rating after 1365 reviews here. Looks like mine will help push that closer to a solid 1. DO BETTER! (please do share my email address with the company)

Uber charges fees even if you don't get a ride. Several charges and all rides were unfulfilled because the drivers were "busy". Irreparable to be charges for rides you never have!

Uber is very very horrible I got hung up on 19 times they locked my account and won’t release my funds DONT DRIVE FOR UBER they are stealing tips from drivers as well this is very unacceptable & unprofessional I hate I ever drove for Uber I already contacted my lawyer & the Attorney General & the EEOC

I was at work ordered an Uber to Queens to meet my father, then we were going to Connecticut to a dealership. I got the conformation text that ‘Pasquale’ will be arriving in a few minutes. I go outside immediately when he got there to let him know I saw him & im just grabbing my things. I was back in his car 10 seconds later. I had 3 bags & a huge birthday bag gift for my dad get my self and everything inside the car. He’s scrolling through his phone not moving, looks back at me & says “yeah…..um I don’t go to queens so sorry about that” confused, freezing & with a dead arm I was just blank. He continued & said “ma’am I’m not going nor do I go to queens so please exit the car”. So I asked him what the reasoning of this was, & he just said “it’s really not your business, it’s just something I don’t do.” Now I’m getting aggravated, thinking my dad’s waiting for me & our appt is @3:00, I try reading & attempting to understand. I then called my boss who set up the ride for me explained I needed a new ride & he told me to put him on speaker phone. My boss reminded him he’s an Uber driver, he accepted the ride & I’m the business of customer service. Pasquale said he accepts rides but Uber does not disclose where the destination is, so a ride with Pasquale is a 50/50 chance he may kick you out. My boss being outspoken said this was ridiculous & rude & im on a time schedule. I then said ” I think it’s terrible you accept Rides that people Depend on you to get them to their destination & you pick and choose where you feel like going.Pasquale was now extremely mad. Pasquale then got loud & said “listen I don’t go to queens end of story, get the hell out of my car” I then grab my things looked at his replying what you do to paying customers with no means of transportation is disgusting. I do have a vehicle, but as I go back inside I’m thinking about how I’m a single mom, & how lucky I am to have people that love me. Then I had a thought that I’m DEFINITELY not the first customer he’s done this to, & I think about all the hardworking people out there who need to get to work to provide, & people who have important appt for their health or kids etc. single or not mothers who may need a ride somewhere, or the person who had too much to drink & need to make it home safely. Pasquale doesn’t go to queens bc he loses out on the ride back to Long Island. So it’s more important about Pasquale’s time & money, than just bringing someone where they need to go & taking a lose bc ITS YOUR JOB. You’re not going to be happy with every single thing you do at your job, but you do it. I honestly can’t believe Uber allows inconsiderate slimy insect pests to be employed with them. The amount of money it cost just to breath right now is insane, & the price to drive a car or get a ride from Uber is considered a luxury & when I have to take an Uber I expect to reliability, Safety & kindness. I’m a COO at an auto body & collision company, & I see accident happening EVERY SINGLE DAY. Dealing with cars & being driven places, it’s my job to make sure my customers can rely on me, & assure them that I’m going to protect them 100% through whatever process they need to deal with. This was the most selfish, mind blowing sickening thing Pasquale did today, & myself not the hardworking or just regular human beings in need of a ride don’t deserve it either. If Uber gives this dirtbag another dollar off another ride I will never use, or put a customer in an Uber again/ will never recommend. Pasquale is what’s wrong with the world today, scum being responsible for peoples transportation. Thanks Pasquale, for “canceling the ride” like you were doing me a favor too. Sickening. Do better with your employees Uber.
