There has been twice that my card has been charged for the same trip more than once Then it comes back to me insufficient funds Why would you want to charge me 36 dollars for an eighteen dollar trip You all need to fix that They’ll charge one price then add a couple of pennies and charge it again First one says complete second one doesn’t It’s not worth the drama

I am so sick of these delivery companies and their wgas attitudes. Good tips don’t seem to matter nor do express/direct deliveries. Another order screwed up. I order for convenience for my employees and family. I’m done with their convenience, it’s nothing but aggravating

They are the worst, they can solve zero issues. If you lose connection you have to start all over. I talked to support for hours only to get no where, they give you a police form that you can't fill out, the police can't do anything anyways, guarantee these representatives are making next to nothing. Basically tldr, my uber driver sold my phone and told support he shipped it to me. In his defense I did make him angry, so I get it, I tried everything on my end to make it right offered 150 on top of their 20 fee, he could of even asked for more, but he would not talk to me.

Uber Customers Service has no respect for themselves or others. One of their drivers disgusting disrespectful behaviour towards me when i called Customers Service to complain the person i spoke to was very rude impolite and shown no intrest in what i was complaining about. This is the 5th person i spoke to about the same thing and they've all had the same attitude this company staffs and taxi drivers are utterly disgusting so it's a big ZERO

Price gets higher each day and wait time gets longer. Corporate Greed at its finest. This use to be such a great business to use. I am disappointed to say I will not be using or recommending Uber anymore.

Uber charged my account for a ride that I didn’t take and no one was able to help me figure out why I was charged! It honestly sucks. I’ve never had a problem with Uber before and now I’m starting to have one.

I apply to drive for uber after 10 years, I add new car and all process and review was every 30 min, then i upload new profile picture, profile picture went for review i called support for 15 days in row and every-time they were saying different things, so I end up giving up working for uber after more than 10 times calling the support.

Let's face it at some point uber just sucks. 2 different drivers somehow could not get to my pick up point at MGM Grand in las veagas. After wasting 45 minutes took a cab home anyway. If you are going to crush an industry be better than what you replace.

zero stars not possible. they have blocked 2 of my credit cards from being used on their app with no email, text or ANYTHING to advise WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. One of the cards has a credit limit enough to BUY A CAR, but it is unusable on their app and they wont say why.......It is impossible to get your complain/ issue in front of anyone that can help and it is futile to ask for further assistance because the robots working in customer service will just end the chat when they have reached the limits of their authorization to deal with the issue.

For 6 months I've been charged for a membership I've canceled 4 times. I have pictures to prove it. Asking to f****** close my account. They see no issues with the charges. This organization is a crooked and shady empire.

UBER has giving me such a headache. I was trying to become a driver. I spent weeks of uploading perfect picture of my registration sticker and the documents, I lost count how many times. I called them several times. They tell me is good to go. Then and an hour later get a text saying I need to upload my documents. Weeks of the this. I signed up with lyft and it took 4 - 5 days and i was working. UBER really needs to fix whatever the problems is because I heard or serval drivers having the same issues.

Uber delivery man did not read the notes stating not to ring the bell, please call. My wife waited at the glass door of our apartment building. The driver came up, she waved and he proceeded to buzz our apartment waking up our sick child. She immediately stopped him and asked why he did that. She explained the note. He admitted to not reading it. Took offense at her time and said he could just cancel the order because of her attitude. She asked him why he would do that. He swore at her, telling her just to take the food. He threw the food on her, pushing her in the process. We would have called the cops but it's NYC, nothing would be done about it. I will never use Uber again. Worst company that does not care for the safety of their customers. They'll take any scumbag as a driver. Your not safe with them. Their response was crediting her $5.

TTHIS IS THE SECOND DAY UBER HAS MADE ME LATE FOR WORK. I REQUST A RIDE AND IT TAKES 10 MINUTES FOR A DRIVER TO ACCEPT THE RIDE THEN THE DRIVER IS TWENTY MINUTES OR MORE AWAY FROM MY DESTINATION. WHAT GOOD IS IT PAYING ALL THIS MONEY JUST TO GET TO UOUR DESTINATION LATE!!! 😡😡😡

DO NOT EVER TAKE A RIDE WITH THIS COMPANY! I took one ride with Uber in April 2023 and since then I have been charged $9.99 on my credit card every month. I chatted with support and they supposedly canceled my account in October 2023 and I still got charged. I re- cancelled my account twice since the and I am still getting charged. Their support is the worst. Their phone number rings to a message that tells you to use the app for support. I even took my credit card information out of their site yet they are still fraudulently charging me every month. STAY AWAY FROM UBER unless you like paying money to a company for doing absolutely nothing for you.

It is 1000% not okay to work hard and go above & beyond for a customer and not be compensated the amount you were promised before starting the job. Tip take-backs is unacceptable! Karma's a B@#%& Kim L.
