Uber isnt making enough money. They have resorted to extortion. They have been charging me $9.99 monthly for a subscription I never signed up for. On top of that, they left me stranded because I saw these fraudulent charges and reported it to my bank. Uber decided to place a hold on my account until I recinded my dispute. I have never been encountered with a company that wouldn't let you speak to a manager. They simply told me that my issue didn't warrant a managers response. Horrible... I would rather walk than rescind my dispute.

Uber employ one of the most stupid people, one can imagine. Not sure where they answering phone calls and respond messages from, sounds asians, but extremely appealing. Fraudulently used my card, 10-15 times you tell them you don't know the person, you never heard the name. Instead of action, they fob you off, referring to speak with the person who used your card. Absolutely shocking and disgraceful customer service. 1 star is still way too much

Stay away from Uber go back to taxis this company is out of control don’t trust there people who work for the and do not trust Uber convenience, they are a bunch of criminals unregulated, unreliable distrustful company that reflect the people there hiring, STAY AWAY

The checklist didn’t mention, if my vehicle was compatible or not, I signed up for the process, paid half the fee and now they’re saying they can’t do anything about it. Ripping people off

I have not been able to request a ride for long time and could not find a way to contact them. Finally someone who was uber driver showed me how to initiate chat. My case is refereed to special team who has not contacted me for over 24 hours. I wasted tesla voucher and ended up paying myself. Hope uber will improve their contact method and put a form or something on web site or clearly mark chat on their contact page which is non existent. I ended up using ola and lift on my last vacation. Unfortunately corporate vouchers are using uber more often and thats the problem.

I had an issue with the driver who forced me to cancel the trip and pay him cash instead, but more than the Uber price. I was under time pressure because of my flight. Now I am the one who is banned from Uber. They deserve 0 stars!!!

Just spent 40 minutes trying to get "support" to clear a trip that was cancelled by the rider. It took 8 people, including a "supervisor." I cancelled it myself, and am now being penalized. They can't change the status of a cancellation, or anything else. Utterly useless. I wish I could put zero stars.

My ride got canceled 6 minutes before my pickup time!!!!! I booked Uber the day before to take me to the airport!!! This is totally unacceptable… I will NEVER use Uber again…. And I don’t recommend using them!!!!!

They are unexperinece and worthless support, I was on the phone for hours because I lost my uber points and needed to know what happened to them, I also had an issue with my uber pro card that they can't never figure out,

Uber has no customer support for riders. The HELP link is not active: help.uber.com. Nor is any other link which may relate to an error in charging for a ride that was never initiated nor accepted. I checked to see if any drivers were in the area and none would be available for an hour, so I switched to Lyft and the driver was quick, cheaper and 5 star service. UBER can take that miscellaneous unidentified 3 bucks and push in deep where the sun never shines. My credit card company wants to send me a new card if i challenge the UBER mysterious charge. Both systems don't understand customer needs for clear communication and assistance in all matters.

you cannot ever get to a person to resolve the issue. they hate their customers. in the us i am switching to lyft or back to taxi as company pays the freight. in europe the have 2-3 options. i i spent hours on the phone and the site pushed me to driver site. why can real companies support customers and uber give middle finger to support. they are the worst i ever dealt with. if i could give a zero i would

This company doesn't treat it's potential drivers very well. I waited two weeks and never heard anything from them. I tried to contact them and had to wait for so long that I gave up on customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone.

one of the worst customer support i have ever dealt with. I dont even know how it is even legal for a company of that size not to have customer support by phone. Their chatting service is as bad as can get. They have been charging my credit card for months for a membership i dont even have, using a card that is no longer in my wallet. They dont even deserve 1 star.

They dont deserve 1 star!!!! Worst & most frustrating customer service experience of my life!!! I have no words. They cannot help me with the simplest of tasks, they keep repeating your question. They dont listen, they transfer you from rep to rep. Its horrible. So many tech issues I have only been able to complete 1 ride since signing up a week ago. And to make matters worse that ride is no where to be found & I haven't been paid my fare. and different operators, whose English is poor, contradict one another. Never seen anything like it. I just want my pay so I can move on I have actually lost money trying to drive foe Uber. I just also want to add with the support being so terrible it makes driving for them extremely unsafe God forbid you were ever in a bad situation they would NOT be able to help you. The CEO should be ashamed and they need to go back to the drawing board. Its awful!!!!!

I booked a ride at 2.34 PM on 04/04/2023 from airport. The guy never came, and the map showed he is 1-2 min away for like 20mmin. I was standing outside in freezing cold, 20 min later he sent a text asking where I'm, I said 6B, he asked what is 6B. That's when I realized he is not at the airport. He agreed he is not but lied saying he came and went. Original time was 12 min wait, there is no way he came and left while I was standing and scannnig LIC plates. He said he can't cancel, and I should if I can. I ended up cancelling and rebooking. His name was Rahman. Worst is I sent a message to Uber till today no response, suppossed to call me within 24 hours. Terrible customer service for charging an arm and a leg.

I used Uber App for the first time while on holiday overseas, never again! Customer Services were unhelpful, do not like feedback and seemed to expect it okay that I pay twice for a trip when it was the fault of their own set up. I had WiFi in hotel booked car out to a destination that I would not have WiFi for 20days. There was no note to say I would need a pin at the end of trip, and even though this showed after I gave the initial pin it disappeared off screen as soon as we left hotel & I had no WiFi to retrieve it. I paid the driver in full plus a tip in cash. When I returned to WiFi I see that it still showed the amount outstanding. So I contacted customer services: their two responses: I should have recorded a card on account and paid through app - my reply 1. Country of holiday wouldn't take payment from my UK card although registered 2. Even if it could I would have still be in same situation with no pin and no access to WiFi. Uber's other response was that I either paid the outstanding balance still showing on account or it would be added to next ride. - My response if Uber did not foresee the problems not supplying a pin offline that was not my fault. I gave Uber the option of keeping me as a customer & updating the fact that payment was made in cash & that I had witnesses or I would stop using the app, share my injust experience of uber customer services on various reviews & media to warn others and to report my experience within my home country & country of holiday. So with no reply to that message here I am sharing my bad experience of uber customer services & business model. Be warned. Personally I with take my business to one of the many other services such as Bolt or Grab from now on.

I have several bad experiences with taxis in Dubai, if you use apps better pay by card because it's easy to get scammed like I was. I paid my trip to the taxi driver 50 AED after 2 hours I saw Uber's request to pay 141.8 AED austanding balance, I realized the taxi driver continued to travel using my name
