I usually take Uber to my work because my car is broken, they charged me between 13.00-15.00, now for the same trip they tried to charge me $35.00, I use now indrive that v they charge me for the same trip $13.70

Ridershare companies don't even care about drivers. Per hour is not more than 7 dollars and every driver is paying more than 14% of every trip as taxes to toronto city. But there is no voice.

I was charged $96.00 for Uber one annual membership in which I never paid for and can't get in touch with anyone via email or by phone for a refund and there's no reply back or anything. There communication process is horrible.

Problems with the Uber app. Things got screwed up and they claimed I canceled the ride when I didn’t. They pretty much gave a lame response and no phone number to call.

on 11-22-24 I was charged a cancellation fee for a driver who never showed up. And there is no way I can find to complain to Uber or request a refund

It's ridiculous how many times you go to pick up a order only to find out the order was already picked or not available. Happens so many times and when you call support they always say noted. But don't worry we canceled the order and ull continue to receive orders. No compensation for our time , effort or gas. It's ridiculous. They don't care. Nothing changes.

On Nov 29th. I went to pick up my child blanket from daycare. The driver told me I should leave my 4 year old child with him. Told him no. He does not know u. He gave me a smirk on his face. Told him he was a sicko.

The driver's car light didn't come on when I opened the door so I inadvertently left my cane inside. Uber wouldn't let me message her. She sped off before I got to my steps. Uber said it would cost $20 to even inquire about my cane. So, I downloaded Lyft to use for now one.

My neighbor left her phone in her Uber card yesterday. She never heard from the driver and came to me to use my phone to contact Uber customer service (I use the term in the very loose possible way). ALl you can do is "chat" with "human-powered" representatives (autobots) and get the same word for word replies with each question. If the bot feels it has given you all you need it ends the chat!!! I was able to access her ride account only once and give them the info (Driver, ride time date and addresses). They tried to contact the driver but, of course, he didn't answer. We never got an update or the return of the phone. I tried calling the phone and it went straight to voice mail. I texted and no response. My friend is elderly and frail so wasn't able to report via her computer app. Very disappointed and appalled the the lack of "service" from Uber. I will never use them again. At least Yellow Cab has easier ways to contact their company.

Left phone in uber car. Horrible service. Never connected with driver. How is it possible not to be able to talk to a person?? The chat line sucks. The reps kept ending the chat when they felt the problem was solved. It is so hard to get back connected. I still have heard NOTHING on the missing phone. I called the phone multiple times until it just automatically went to voice mail. Will start using Lyft to see if they are any better or yellow cab. They can be contacted so much easier!!

I’ve been a rideshare driver for the past 6 years. The horror stories that I’ve heard from drivers and riders concerning Uber’s unscrupulous business practices is never ending. Uber are absolute thieves, liars and extreme manipulators. They should be sued and put out of business! Their greed knows no boundaries!

Horrible customer service. I've been trying to have a conversation for over 2 weeks about the same issue I have in my account and I have to explain over and over again to different people through emails. Still the hacking problem hasn't been solved.

I wanted to ask a service to go to Tysons Center in the morning. It was very cold. Uber asked me to click a spot to be picked up, showing me four buildings away from mine, so I had to walk one block and a half. Why? I am wondering why. The service is not good the. I decided to walk and take my bus.

Uber eats is terrible service, literally just brought me somebody's meal which is valued less than my order and told me to call the restaurant baring in mind he is the person who messed up the delivery because he is not able to understand English I know this because one order number is #fce97 and the other is #a7e81

Terrible Experience – Worst Support Ever: I contacted Uber support twice about an issue, and both times they just transferred me to another team and never followed up. I wasted so much time and money, and still got no help. Their support is completely useless, and they couldn’t care less about resolving issues. I will never use Uber One again and will never recommend it to anyone. Absolute garbage service.

First of all, all summer long the drivers I ride with didn’t use Ac. You charge way to much if there an events going on around town. You tack the amount to my checking account and then the same amount is put on hold for 5 business days. It’s not my bank doing it, it’s uber. I see no reason to give the driver a tip after dealing with all that.
