discussing that Uber and lyft have raised there prides because the drivers got a raise I take a few times a day it’s not right that customers have to pay for a raise they have to give there drivers I’m going to have a pitshion and have people sight it we should not have to at for raises.

Uber as a company cheats, lie, scam drivers out money, and support job is to lie with a flat face, Infact, they don't have any authority to do anything meaningful. They are so bad to do or understand anything, intentionally, to discourage drivers not call again. Lately, Uber have got emboldened to cheat, steal, lie even more ferociously, that a blind and dumb person can see it, accept our government who have created this monster đŸ‘». I cannot believe what Uber has become. Just another scam Company to take your $$ via Subscription. No Clear way to cancel! No one answers the phone! Just goes to show you... they never have enough $$$ always want more. You just lost this customer. I wish you luck in the future.

I have been trying to get my Toyota Camry as a vehicle I can drive to work in. It has been over one week and no response. When I call they send me to AI. This is a terrible company to work for if you need help as a driver. As an employer they should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered a ride and the driver did not come to my spot, this happens in blue water shopping complex, on the 13th of October at about 18:42pm the driver said he can't come to my place that I should locate him , meanwhile locating the driver might cost me more time and I ask him to cancel the ride he refused .. because I was also trying to cancel it from my end as well but it wasn't cancelling , when I finally cancel the deducted almost half of my money I was very mad..... I was stranded to go home due to insufficient funds.. my wife had to book another ride from her end... When I got home I called the customer service which they later credit part of the money to my Uber wallet which I am not impressed because I needed it back to my account not my wallet to refund my wife , it really spoilt my day... Bad experience and the rate at which uber deduct charges that is in explainable is very very ridiculous

It's not the drivers. It's uber; they lie. It's that's simple. The fact that u can only complain about a driver on their app n the company itself should show u they are spineless cents. That's a real review:)

Uber charged me for a ride I didn't take. Tried calling customer service who redirected me to a virtual assistant who wanted to charge me $1 to file a claim.

Why are they called Uber support? They don't support their drivers. Outsourced to a foreign country. I don't think they understood anything i was saying. They rudely ended the chat multiple times

No.1 cheats. I had booked a ride from Mumbai domestic airport to thane and the price quoted was 627 but at the end of the journey the price charged was 963. OLA is thousand time better as the rates are very transparent. No more Uber for me.

I was charged $5.00 for not ableing to connect to their app; and so was robbed!! Therefore I am deleting the Uber app from my phone!!

McDonald’s didn’t get my order right at all they just stuffed something in the bag and I was missing stuff. Uber closed my chat and did not help me. This is not the first time and they still choose to do nothing about it to help me. I’m also a uber member, you would thing they have some decency towards me and they don’t.

Horrible horrible customer service. Never received my order because I never received a notification that my food was delivered so who knows where my food is that I paid for. An Uber thought it was helpful to give me $3.99 Uber cash for the inconvenience.. BAD FOR BUSINESS Better business complaint underway

I've been on this app for almost 6 years soon and it has gotten worse the customer service is of no help! I was on the phone since before 6:10 and hung up on twice then left on hold just to be switched to a automated recording saying there's no one to take calls and that it was after hours who does that?? I wrote a long review on here that for some reason has backspaced out of here Uber is now at the point to where my life has been in danger they are allowing customers to put fake tips just in order to get the food and knowing that the customer is not going to tip that person I got out of bed at 4:00 a.m. drove 45 minutes for a 22 dollar trip over 16 Mi that I was paid $3.06 for but it was discouraging because when I called customer service the rep stated that this customer constantly doing that and that the next time he will have to keep the tips on there whereas there's no way possible this man should be on their platform and better yet he is having the food delivered to the wrong address and I'm in the state at will carry so I was on someone porch in the dark and could have got my life taken and Uber is okay with that they have done nothing with this customer he's still on allowed on this platform they just take it to where I'm not delivering food for them but they're allowing this Uber gets their money from the top from the customer from the beginning still charge me almost half of what I made for a tow that's a $1.75 each they will send you and they charge the customer $3 I got paid a dollar 34 or $10.50 came out of my bank account for those tolls two people have vomited it took over 2 months to even get a cleanup fee even with the picture of the man vomiting inside of my cooler Uber is becoming a joke now unreliable they're all about the money they take over half of what I make cuz they already charged a customer or high amount they then from there charge me if I make $19 they're taking $4 of that so they're getting over half of the money for the trips regardless then when I have you on some type of ridiculous percentage is like they're forcing you to take exclusive trick trips or you will be punished for it if you choose any other Avenue after being on a platform from Years cuz I was a platinum driver for over 4 years and just add it right on I haven't been dropped down to a blue driver I am getting dressed for two dollars and 18 cents but I have to go drive 15 minutes away and then take them for multiple stops for $5.20 for 30 minutes drive away and then a 30 minute drive on your trip it doesn't make sense and I'm getting punished for not accepting with their percentage rating and then be dropped just for doing another part on their platform is ridiculous my status was taken as well as my points and there's no way I make over the points to get to another status but because of this bogus percentage ratings I will never go beyond a blue driver in one way I am now going to post this before it disappear like the other one did that had a whole lot more information at least I'll be able to edit!! I guess it was to much PROOF it WON'T POST!!

Uber support is totally unresponsive to customer issues. I have attempted twice to get assistance with a problem with the application making a ride reservation. The first time I was advised I would get an email, I got that email, but it was totally unresponsive to the problem. The second time I spoke to an Uber representative they simply told me to cancel my reservation and that they were ending the phone call, at which point they simply hung up on me! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with!
