uber eats have drivers that half of the time dont know where they are going to deliver food or drop off at wrong address and instead of listing a business as close they will let you place a order wait and then cancel cause the place is closing the worst I try to use uber eats very minimal

We scheduled a ride at 4:15 AM on Christmas Day for a ride to the airport. Our driver canceled 8 minutes AFTER he was supposed to arrive. That didn't leave us enough time to reschedule and we had to wake a friend up and get him out of bed on Christmas Day to make our flight.

The first time I used Uber or tried to use Uber I placed an order for lunch wait two hours and never received it. Just nothing worst experience of my life. I’ll never use those guys again if you’re hungry go to DoorDash.

If I could I would not leave a star. I was renting a car with hertz program. Payment was due but I didn't have the money in account. When I put money in, uber decided to send my money to an old card that was overdrawn. Resulting in them keeping my money. I lost car, job, home and left me completely embarrassed stranded outside hertz.it obviously hit my credit as well. I emailed and spoke with a million reps. All for nothing. Just to get a massive amount of letters from hertz demanding the money uber decided to send to a inactive card. I am still recovering from this. I was a five star driver with over 4,000 rides, all to get shafted and ignored like garbage. I just want uber to own up to their mistake and settle this balance since it was uber who sent my car payment to wrong card. This was a very difficult time for me. Please help.

I requested an uber, and the driver drove too fast, he did not speak English. He was also very rude in his mannerism.

Uber is a JOKE I have spent A LOT of money with them. They double charge then try to say oh it will fall off then when I show them it has been paid oh the bank will give it back. I'M DONE.

Not very customer friendly app. I've been using it for years and the option for us CONSUMERS has been removed. We can't get in touch with a live costumer support. I'm having a serious situation with one of their drivers and they keep telling me to contact him. HE PUT THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER IN YOUR APP!!! My situation: I forgot my phone in his car and called our phone while he was driving away (he knew we forgot the phone.) He picked up the call gave me another phone number and asked me to go to his place (2+ hours away from where he picked me up) to get the phone from him. This app is getting dangerous for us costumers.

I can't stand using Uber. Get's worse every time. You quote me a certain price, so I book a ride. As soon as I'm dropped off , the price on the receipt is ALWAYS more than the quote. I was just quoted $44. As soon as I'm dropped off, it turns to $48. Then, when I go to complain on your website, NONE of the options given, pertain to my problem. I sent a complaint to your Facebook page, still sitting 5 days later. Hasn't even been read. I'll be using Lyft from now on.

Confirm charges, cost 11.26, after ride ended, charge 16.00. talking about tolls. I live 12 mins from destination... No tolls! I was a frequent rider. That stops today.

Uber support is THE WORST. I've had so many issues with them. My latest Uber Eats order was missing half the items. Uber Support refused to give me a refund. After 14 hrs, I finally got a response saying they couldn't refund me because I didn't provide images of the receipt or the food. At this point, the part of the order that did come was in the trash, and therefore I could not take a picture of the order. Besides that, you can't take a picture of food that doesn't exist!! I've had a MUCH better experience with DoorDash. I only switched to Uber to get Marriott points. Not anymore. I will be dumping Uber Eats and Uber because of this latest incident. Will be going with DoorDash and Lyft from now on. I recommend the same for everyone else.

The worst experience. There is no customer service . No way to talk to an agent. I have been subscribed to a membership "Uber one" and I was not aware of it. I ended the subscription but am trying to call for I have been charged for something that I did not subscribe or even use it. I ended the subscription finally. but i also see there was no benefits that came out of this subscription for my orders during the membership. Unable to reach the customer service

Uber's software quoted me a price (not a range) to go from Los Angeles International Airport to my home. The price was very reasonable. I was so thrilled with the driver that I added a 25% tip to the original price. Ninety minutes after I got home, I got an email from Uber that they added over $50 to the trip but did not cite a reason why. I complained to Uber and they told me there was a misunderstanding. There was no misunderstanding. Quoting one price before service and charging a different price following service (where the buyer is a captive audience) is fraud.

Scheduled 2 rides in advance. Pick up at airport. Had to walk from one end to the other to get to pick up point. Texted driver throughout the walk. He called me to say ,”You’re taking too long. Get another Uber. I said, “You’re kidding!”(The site says don’t worry we’ll wait for you). He said,”No I’m not”. He then hung up on me. Name is Carl not waiting for me from a Yardley PA number. I got a cab instead. Got a call about 1/2 hour later from Steve who said I can get you. I said I was already in a cab. No way to talk to a human being. I made a complaint and the response was you knew how much the ride was before you booked it so no adjustment needed. I had to pay the cab driver, of course, and got no refund from Uber. Disgusting and disgraceful!
