My fiancée, I gave her money if you get her cab or Uber from Auburn to Montgomery. She's holding a lot of hours after he sent her extras. She send him to the mother he said the $80 more in charge of getting 80 more dollars from instead of a 120 is 200 so she asked for a money that he said no. So she called Uber and talked to them and they said nothing. They had a fit was very bad. I wasn't working at Google to anybody. They're a very imperfection. I don't care about yourself. I would never do business with Uber. The business with Uber. They are a s*** company and very badly customer. I'll vote in my all calls.

Uber's customer support is none existant. I have been locked out of my account because they are forcing me to verify my account by asking me to insert the CVV on a credit card I haven't used in almost two years. I have emailed and DM them several times to explain to them that I no longer have access to that card. I was also emailed a verification code from Uber to insert upon log in, which I happily inserted, but it keeps taking me back to the page to insert my CVV number which I don't have. All the help I've gotten from them was generic and unhelpful! They are the absolute worst.

Uber rides as driver snd client is very bad bad. Uber take a lot of money from the clients and take another percent from the driver. So the client pay amit and driver receive a few amout ( drivers are using their own cars, they pay all the expenses plus taxes etc…) the driver haven’t all the options to see the destinations which will help him to fo a lot of trips, and after having the needed points, he have to redo again all the 110 point to keep the platinum or 1800 to keep diamond. Wtf. Really uber is a big thief……..,

I have had at least 50 emails to try and unlock my account. I have been told I have illegal symbols, Someone else told me. I owed five dollars from two thousand nineteen for a charge back M a account would be restored by uninstalling the uber app in reinstalling it. None of these things have worked. Because I can't even get into my account. Because I get the message account blocked. Uber's customer service is 0 as far as I'm concerned and I get these canned responses. But don't help me with my problem. I am forced to use Lyft!

As Uber driver I’m facing a bad service from the company especially when I reported a through in up a customer in my car and ruined it the car when I contacted the company they want me to take it to clean it and then send them a receipt and then they will pay me back which no car wash place need to do that until this moment no one want to contact me and now I can’t work and use my car this is ridicules I wish I can give zero to the Uber drivers services.

I placed an order with McDonald’s on 24/5/24 and they messed up the order again!!!! On using McDonald’s virtual assistant I was advised to phone Uber eats when it was McDonald’s fault . On speaking to one of your advisers I only received a refund for the cheapest item when the item that I didn’t receive was certainly not £2.88 . I was asked to stay on the line and do a review which I certainly didn’t feel like doing after getting home late, not receiving all my order, being hungry and having to stay on phone to get a refund which wasn’t adequate anyway . I’m so appalled I’m removing Uber one and my app . The only consolation was that the adviser was friendly .

Driver with the license plate 919-ZZT in the state of Nevada rudely dropped me off an threw some kind of liquid at me all because I asked if he could turn down the music while pulling up to my neighborhood I didn’t say it rudely or nothing and I had my son with me this is unacceptable since then I’m no longer using the app I hope you guys do something about it because I’m scared to use any type of ride share Uber do something please

I USED UBER FOR THE 1ST TIME AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR A RIDE THAT I NEVER TOOK AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME. I HAD TO GET MY CREDIT CARD TO DISPUTE THE CHARGED I WILL NEVER USE UBER AGAIN. THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered my first Uber eats meal with a promotion code of $30 of your first order. When I clicked order it didn’t go through and when I re-clicked order it went through without the promotion. I went to try and cancel my order and it said I would be charged $35 for the cancel. Super disappointed.

First time using, total ripoff $25 charged for setting up a ride in advance plus other charges, the driver was good but you can keep the company.

Absolute disgrace. In the past week Uber REFUSED to pick up my wife and our 7 year old son. They were both Indians in appearance.

Tried to get an Uber this morning. Waited over 1 hour as they would accept the job and then cancel 15 + minutes later. Ended up catching a bus. Missed my son's rugby game so not happy.

Yesterday I ordered I uber taxi from britiannia Hotel in Manchester to go to Salford Royal hospital. It was raining so I waited in door way. All the uber taxi was pulling up I ask driver where my taxi he said he on is way said OK so waited in door way . My driver text me and said he on silver Street I didn't know where silver St I didn't know silver St was . When i eventually find silver St was he wasn't there. So I went back to britiannia I ask the receptionist to order a taxi for me so they did to go to Salford Royal hospital. I'm a disabled person I think I was treated badly by the driver not going to the front of the hotel where all the drivers pulling up but this driver didn't. I payed for a service I didn't get

I ordered a drive and the driver showed up and was on my way to my destination. During the last part of the right, suddenly Uber AI decided that something went wrong and without my approval ordered another drive for me, practically a double if my trip. Even if i cancelled the trip in less than 2 minutes, Uber decided that i have to pay for the service ! What support did not see (even if I mentioned it) was that the 2nd drive was accepted at 6:30 pm and the cancellation occured at 6:07 pm (23 minutes earlier). How was that possible? Uber totally ignored this and the charged me for the 2nd drive cancellation (even if i fid not ordered it) and it was ar 150% the price I paid for the original drive, which got me to the destination correctly. So, that's goodbye Uber for me. I cannot be charged for their poor programming. I used Uber a lot in the past, without issues, but this is the end for me using Uber. So, riders be aware ...
