Had my ride with TEWODROS. Would have given him a 10 if possible! I was leaving Sanford USD ER with a torn meniscus and ACL, previously before booking a ride I was screamed at by a 24 hour taxi company as the person answering the phone had been woken up and yelled at me calling me disrespectful. Not only did my Uber driver show up on time he also showed me incredible concern and care for the pain I was dealing with. I have upcoming appointments for surgery and would select him above any other drivers if he is available!

Uber is absolutely trash. Lyft is way better. Uber will charge you more if you’re a male and will charge females cheaper rides. I have proof of this too with screenshots of the same rides vs what my gf calls. Absolutely corrupt. Ik never ride with Uber again

I'll try to pick someone up to bring to my house but every time I try to put in their location as the pickup location it keeps switching back to my location use Lyft Uber is full of s*** why would I want to get picked up at my house and get dropped off back at my house

I live in Texas. So few driver speak English that is insulting while living in America for my whole life. We speak English!

These drivers speak no English and don't know the city and will stop in the middle of traffic to drop you off and almost get you killed this happens many of occasions.

Awful company. Their updated .aps showed my address wrong for almost a year. Most driver were good and would drive to the end of the road, (they had to drive there anyway to get back onto the mai. Road) & drop me in front of my actual house. But several Eastern European drivers were dropping me at the bottom of a different street & demanding I get out. Made a disabled woman walk at night even though they literally had to drive by my house. The proof is in the charges of where I was dropped off. It gave the addresses they dropped me off at, its sure wasn't my house The customer service sux ballz. They charge for nonsense & promise the refund/discount in the next ride, I have yet to ever get one. LYFT. Use LYFT, cheaper and it's all the same drivers, yet they seem ice when driving on the Lyft app.

I ordered through uber eats, they sent 2 people for the delivery. One arrived with his part of the order, the other didn't show up. Delivery was marked as completed (the price fully paid), they refused to refund with automated chatbot messages.

HALF OF YOUR UBER EMPLOYEES/WORKERS/DRIVERS DO NOT KNOW HOW TO EVEN USE THE APP. AND THEN THEY BLAME US, THE CONSUMERS FOR NOT COOPERATING. AND THIS IS WHY MOST OF THE TIME THIS APP GIVES ME HEADACHE. ORDERING SOME PACKAGE IS A HEADACHE.

I am a dialysis patient, lost my business, three dialysis in a week, 12 dialysis in a month, thought to work with uber witha hope that it is a good brand and I will be able to earn some money whenever I get some time and feel health but after driving with them I get to know they deduct from your account 25 rupees on daily basis and also some amount on every ride, so after that deduction I couldn't not even get the money for my petrol expenses. My experience was worst because when I tried to reach them they said they will arrange someone to call and cancel the call from their side, and it happened twice , means on two different days but they don't have any answer, so I left my earned money with them and left uber completely and now I will not use uber and also make sure other people also don't use it by telling their reality

I ordered and paid for a ride from St Petersburg FL airport. Received a message that the driver was 1 minute away. After 20 minutes outside in Florida heat looking for the driver i received a follow up message that the driver cancelled and i needed to request another ride which i did from Lyft. He did show up within 90 seconds which was 15.minutes quicker than i expected based on their message. It was cheaper than Uber and the driver showed up early. Hours later i get a message from Uber that they charged ME $7.89 for the cancellation!!!! WTF !!!!

Horrible customer service. I paid for the same order twice with no resolve. They say the driver called, but no call was received. They say he left the food. It wasn't there. I asked for a refund. They did not provide it. I ordered the food again, thinking for sure Uber would resolve the issue correctly. They did not. Buyer beware. Uber eats customer service is a disservice.

I used Uber Flash and lost my item, and the experience since then has been beyond frustrating. I contacted support, but the agents are completely useless, repeating the same scripted responses like parrots with no actual resolution. It’s shocking that they don't even have a proper system in place to track previous complaints! Even when I provided screenshots and all necessary details, they just ignored the issue and closed my complaint without any solution. I’ve requested to speak to a manager several times, and yet they repeatedly dismiss it with the same automated responses. This is hands down the worst service I’ve ever encountered. At the very least, I asked for an email response, and even that simple request seems to be beyond their capabilities. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

I clicked on a ride that was approximately $20. Then was charged over $100. I need a refund of the difference. WHO DO I CONTACT? I'VE CAN GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES ON THE APP, CLICKING AND AUTOMATED AND STILL OUT OF $80 for a 4 mile trip.

There is no Uber support. I cant find a place to talk to a rep or even leave a complaint. I have to jump thru hoops everytime. This is why I started taking taxi cabs again. Find other ways, they're actually cheaper

I booked uber and instead of 49rs driver asked me to pay 197 he was telling its was because of the balance amount and all but in my phone it was showing only 49 he insulted me and ask me to pay 197 he tried to snatch my phone also, after continuous yelling i was forced to pay 197 and i gave complaint to customer care they didnt took any action

I accidentally left my prescription glasses in a black case in the car after changing to my sunglasses in the back seat. I know for a fact that is where they were lost. Uber claims they couldn’t reach the driver even after 24 hours and then he just said they aren’t in the car. Make sure you search the car and trunk when you get out because they only want your money and couldn’t care less about you as a customer. This is ruining my vacation with my grandchildren as I can’t see without them.

Driver one (Jimmy) canceled ride as I was about to get in his car saying it was too far. Driver two (Mohammed) text me asking for my destination, when I replied he canceled. Driver three got me home. Drivers should not be allowed to cancel and probably wouldn't if Uber shared more of the fare with them.
