If I could give it minus 10 right now, I would. I have spent at least 2 hours or more perhaps trying to reserve a pick up for 3 people at 3 separate addresses to get to the airport in 10 days from now. I put in one wrong number of the first pickup house and tried to change it but the APP kept insisting I confirm the number - the wrong number. I cancelled the request and started again. I got all three in there with the destination (airport) and it confirmed. An hour later, I tried to modify - change to earlier pick up time, I'm told trip was cancelled. I tried to re-book and it tells me I already have a booking (even though it shows cancelled) There is "0" recourse as no customer service. When I call your "help" line, it says I have a booking and then hang up. At least give us a chance to leave a msg for a call back. This is stupid !!

Gave me a delivery time. Then added stops to the driver. Food is cold and will not refund. No better than door dash. These services over charge and then do whatever they want. Last time ever using again.

Someone vomited in my car and they will not charge the passenger. That was my car at the beginning of the night: 23:09. They said the invoice does not meet the requirements. So I paid 300$ out of my pocket.

I think Uber is doing abuse of power on Customers . How come we give Uber full access to our bank account, however they don’t provide any phone number to contact them in case of emergency . It’s nonsense ! Uber keeps charging people multiple times for one single ride and doesn’t give a way to communicate with them easily. They have to put a stop on that . Every time I ride with Uber they charge my debit card and my credit card for the same transaction . It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating.

second time trying to get the Uber they're sending two drivers which going to the wrong addresses and speaking no English and we're going to try to refund it you cannot get nobody on the phone. I'm strongly suggesting the lift instead of this thing

They do not listen or acknowledge anything you say. It is hardly a step above all of the automated support you are incessantly driven toward. Six times I said 3 things and none were even so much as acknowledged. Just instructions for the next step toward resolution (robot). There is a problem with the app. It should be documented and perhaps even tested. They are not good at communicating what they are doing. There was no supervisor available and no way to rank them, so there is no accountability. You are at their mercy. None of these things are ever good customer service. Simple customer service is not hard, Uber just chooses not to care.

I asked for a refund regarding an order I placed and immediately cancelled it. I contacted Uber support and they were rude and said they couldn’t help me since the coffee place already started the order. I know working in the industry they do not start it that fast. I got charged as much for a drink even though I did not get anything. This needs to be changed because people won’t want to order through the app anymore.

I have fraudulent charges in my account. I texted Uber gave them all the info they texted back that it will take few hrs to rezolv the charges and 2 days later nothing happened. Extremely hard to get in touch with the customer support. I will never use them again .

I have booked Uber auto from Maninagar station to Bhattha (home location). I waited since long to find & accept ride. No one is accepting for the same. Luckily one Driver accept ride but he is asking for extra money for seat scratch due to heavy laggage. However we even not putting the laggage. He was very rude. We forget to ask his name & not even noticed his auto number.

I have a support chihuahua, which always in the bag, the Uber driver refused to drive me, cause if support dog and push me to cancel my ride, the customer service never help me to return my money back. The driver talk with me rude way and make a pics of me.

Uber is BS! I do not recommend anyone to get Uber, they are ripping people of their miles and money! Need to really pay attention to what they offer and what they pay at the end! smfh

When selecting a cheaper ride they will say it's busy and next they will go up on there rates so that you will have no choice but to pay for it complete rip off company and I don't see them being around long that's just flat out wrong for this

Danielle is literally the best ever she was great even supplied snacks and nonalcoholic beverages for us during our ride. Hands down amazing!

The Filipino support is absolutely F up. They keep talking like a robot without understanding the concerns we as drivers face. Plus Uber takes almost 57 to 60% of the cut from each trip. This company is running the biggest scam and exploiting people.

Reserved 2 days in advance a 173.00 fare and was going to give a 50.00 tip for a ride to the airport. 10 minutes prior to pick up time I was advised no drivers were available, thus I had to change my plane reservation, which was quite costly. With 2 days notice Uber should have been able to schedule something for a 1 hr trip to the airport. I will never use them again as dependability is a must. I wish I could give Uber a -10 review!
