why does the price change after the ride has already been completed?

The driver never showed up and there was no way to contact him to see what happened. We forfeited $700 we had paid for a trip to Victoria, Vancouver on the Victoria Clipper

Yesterday I wanted to try out the uber one membership trial and I accidentally pay for a yearly plan. So I call and live text chat through the app but the costumer service number didn't work it just told me to go through the website. So I call the driver costumer service to get through to their main uber eats service. They lied and told me through chat that I wasn't able to call and talk to someone to get my refund. But after running around the website and like 5 apps because they're also postmates. I was finally able to talk to someone with much better costumer service than the people through live text chat. It was a bad experience until I got to the end. But Sheesh.

Without a doubt, Uber has the WORST customer service, if you can even call it customer service. An Uber driver left my delivery on the side of the road because she could not locate my apartment even though I tried to assist her via text messages. My delivery was prescribed medication. When trying to resolve this issue, I could not find a customer service telephone number and their website was NOT helpful at all. Uber is a terrible business!!!

Literally the worst app ever I was working on this app over 2 years they block my account by mistake and then when I called to find out why my account is blocked they say it was a mistake we will fix the issue and then my account is reactivated after couple months I go online my account is blocked why because they said your account was blocked before when they already reactivated so ridiculous and not satisfied with their customer service absolutely horrible

Yes I complained about an Uber driver who picked us up yesterday morning. He had a rundown car with no air. The seats were leather and had been taped up because they were so bad. He drove slow as a snail. He took different routes than his map was telling him and as a result my daughter missed the bus. She had to come with me to work and I had to pay someone else to get her to school. I complained about it to uber. They gave me 90 cents back as a result. Ninety damn cents. Worse service ever. Plus when they responded back they didn't offer to make it right they just said thank you and we will work to fix problems like these in the future.

Teach them how to find a drive way to pick up a client, 2 idiots came to pick me up never showed up drove by on the road didn’t see me and drove away.

If I could give zero I would. David arrived on time- good start. Never said hello, good morning absolutely nothings he puts one bags in the car ( I later found out that that don’t that anymore and I’m good the that). The problem became was went I closed the door, I closed it hard ( I’m use to a truck) he jumped out of the car and started screaming at me, took my bags out of the car (that he didn’t have a problem with) and left. Then charged me. It would have been better to park and pay the parking fees.

I am looking for talking with somebody in uber customer services but unfortunately nobody answer you. They guide you to connect through the App but non of them works. so frustrated because my driver receipt is records drop off is somewhere els that I cant reported to my work. so mad

Picked a Tesla for an uber ride thinking it would be fun as I’ve not been in a fully electric car yet. BIG mistake. Half way through the ride he announced he needed to charge the car. Why he didn’t fully charge before is totally beyond me. Said it would only be five minutes. Went to a parking garage. He was gone for over 15 minutes. I was left in an empty parking garage,unlocked doors- totally unsafe. No apologies after he came back. Contacted Uber to report the situation and was told all they could do was give me a $5 credit. Like I’m ever going to use Uber again. Losers. Horrendous customer service.

Uber Eats and Uber are the ultimate middle man with no accountability. There is no recourse when their "contractor drivers" inevitably screw up your order, they over charge, and when they do anything, it is in the form of a minimal refund in the form of their in app currency to use their terrible service again. I just got a 3.00 refund for a missing item, and when I filed a second complaint of the order for being late, cold, and smaller than portions ordered, the pittance of a refund disappeared. Terrible company, founded by trash.

Do not trust them when they talk about discounts, particularly for the ride sharing. On their website, in app, on google, and when you book they talk about 20% discounts for ride sharing. This is not accurate at all. The most discount they have ever offered me is < 3% at max. Usually it is only $1. The drivers are great but the company is not. In addition to the issues with not keeping to their claims if you need to contact them for support it can be incredibly difficult. When you do make it to support they want screenshots of things from the past (so screenshot everything if you ever even remotely think you might have and issue). Though, even with screenshots there isn't any options in the chat with support to send screenshots. If you don't send screenshots they will not respond nor will they help you. So, in reality you probably won't get any assistance with things like this.

First off, I have sent several messages about this ride. I was charged for an XL and did not receive an XL car, we had to pack into this tiny car like a bunch of clowns! My friends are all over 6 feet tall, it was ridiculous. Second, I will not be charged a $20 fee for a returned item when the driver did NOT return the item. In fact, he tried to steal it!!!! The only reason we were able to retrieve the item was because we share locations and we chased him all over DC for almost 24 hours. He then made my friend look in his vehicle for her phone when he knew he had put it in his glove compartment. I WANT MY FULL REFUND BACK IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered my food at 3:40 waited an hour and a half no food contacted help they were rude and no help assured the food would arrived and they had assigned a driver , so my partner who is diabetic injected for the meal the food never fuckin showed up luckily the receptionist at are accommodation made him some toast in the nick of time before disaster three different customer helpers and no fuckin answered I am beyond annoyed

I was suddenly told my account was deactivated with no valid reason. They said it was not reversible. I tried to escalate to a supervisor 5 separate times with 5 separate agents and no one would escalate to a supervisor. Don't do business with people who don't support your business or even express gratitude for what you do. I would love to change this review but sadly I don't think anyone at Uber will read it and do the right thing.

This is the worse service to used. They charged me for my food that was never delivered. They charge me for services that there were no rider to be find. FRAUDDDD!

Mental. I’m trying to order food. There is money in my account but they decline my card. I add another card. Decline. I add my PayPal. Decline. I use Apple Pay on both cards. Double decline. I desperately sign up for Ali pay. Not from mainland China so decline. I contact support. No reply for 45 minutes. I stupidly purchase a £40 Uber gift card- just to order food mind you. I add the gift card successfully.. I go to order the food with the gift card money… there is an unknown error with the gift card. Decline. Still no reply from them. I am livid.
