÷WARNING÷WARNING÷WARNING÷ DON'T EVER DRIVE FOR UBER! WORST COMPANY EVER! DRIVE FOR VEEZU OR BOLT OR LYFT! STAY AWAY FROM UBER! THEY LIE ABOUT THE COMMISSION THEY TAKE. ADVISED IT'S 25% BUT MOST WEEKS IT'S NEARER 30%. THEY CAN SUSPEND YOU FROM DRIVING WITHOUT GIVING YOU AN EXPLANATION. YOU CAN'T EARN A LIVING WHILE THIS GOES ON, WHICH CAN TAKE DAYS. SUPPORT? THERE IS NO SUPPORT. JUST AUTOMATED RESPONSES. THEY'RE A JOKE. STAY AWAY.

I used uber on December 31 2024 in Minneapolis to transport myself, daughter and luggage from the four seasons hotel to jefferson line bus station. The experience was awful and customer support was worse. The driver pulled up to an obviously closed building with a sign instructing where drop off should be and refused to bring us to the proper drop off site. I would have been fine with paying extra. We were told to leave the car and we're forced to walk 8 blocks with all our luggage to arrive at our destination. We do not live in Minneapolis and would expect better service than being left in an unfamiliar area to navigate on our own with, again, ALL OUR LUGGAGE. I contacted Uber for a refund on our ride and was compensated two dollars. Not only was the driver extremely negligent in leaving a 57 year old woman with a child by the side of the road in an abandoned part of Minneapolis, Uber was not even remotely correct in helping with a refund.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!! Tried to reach them about a delivery that was supposed to be 10 minutes but went 25 minutes beyond the time and paid priority “sorry nothing we can do” click wouldn’t even let me give a response.

Uber has become a total scam! There’s absolutely no point in using this app anymore. I request a ride, get one price, and by the time I finish the trip, the fare is completely inflated! This is beyond frustrating and unacceptable. I’m done with this app — the service is a joke now!

I can't even give one star, worst to the core in the 1st day of the year. Today, on the first day of 2025, my friend and I booked an auto through Uber. The driver picked us up from the main road instead of the corner where vehicles usually stop. When I checked the fare, it showed ₹54 for the ride from Egmore Metro to the Government Museum, Egmore. However, the driver demanded an extra ₹20–₹30. When I refused, he started ranting and accusing us of supporting corporations while neglecting auto drivers, and he continued blabbering nonsense despite my request to stop and charge only the shown fare. He also insisted that we pay in cash and refused any digital payment options like GPay. Upon reaching the destination, he didn’t drop us at the proper point and argued further. We paid ₹104 and asked for the ₹50 balance, but he claimed he didn’t have change or GPay intentionally. The situation escalated as he started using inappropriate curse words. Thankfully, some bystanders noticed his behavior, intervened, and scolded him, which helped us get out of the uncomfortable ride. Unfortunately, I’ve faced similar issues with other auto drivers booked through Uber, where they demand extra money and behave unprofessionally. I’ve also had another experience where a driver demanded an extra amount, and when I refused, he told me to cancel the ride. I ended up being charged a ₹15 cancellation fee, even though I wasn’t the one who wanted to cancel. Drivers often demand extra money and then refuse to move unless we cancel the ride, leaving us stuck while they remain at the same location for a long time. This is unfair, and I’ve been facing such issues repeatedly with Uber. Please take this matter seriously and address these problems to ensure a better experience for passengers. This is not just about the money but also about safety, especially for female passengers. I request Uber to take strict action against such behavior and ensure better experiences for riders.

This is my worst experience with taking uber the uber share is crazy 4 people in a car i could understand if the ride was 10 dollars i paid 18 dollars for such crappy service uber you need to do better feel totally exploited

If you order delivery through uber, you better pray and hope your order is correct. Any time I have something missing in my order or if something is made incorrectly and I report it to uber (even minutes after I recieved the order), they say "sorry for the inconvenience but your order is jot eligible for a refund". EVERY TIME! There is also NO customer service number. You're only option to speak to anyone is through chat and the chat responses are all automated responses. You never talk to an actual person.

I had uber premier recently de scheduled for a little after my midnight and takin me and other 3 guest. I received a email this morning letting me know my ride was cancelled. This is one of the worst apps I've ever used in my life I was overcharged 148.00 for a ride that was originally $14. I will never use this app again I requested to speak to someone customer service no one reached out to me regarding the issue this is the worst app I've ever used in my life.

Uber blocks drivers from earning a living for made up issues,(seat belts not working, photos sent proving, in a new car, they work as new, won't respond, date stamped pics. They play games with people, they deserve to be disrupted. Very low quality company. Don't use the Chinese government alternative but use someone else. Not even a 1 rating.

I had a delivery issue that the items were delivered to the wrong address The driver willingly still delivered them to the wrong address -after even though I had given them thorough instruction that he was in the wrong spot he still proceeded to take the picture and send it to me. I made it ambiguously clear it was not making sense while he was doing this. I said the delivery is the wrong place you need to deliver to this address. After arguing with customer support (who took hours to respond message after message) that he contacted me multiple times to which he never contacted me once-Not a single time they delivered it to this random Address I still got charged honestly WTF is this freak show service? Plenty of clowns in the circus for this carry on. The service is literally gone to the dogs among other recent incidents of drivers just driving off from Taxi collections as well and charging through the nose over the Christmas period and taking cash only for extra passengers it’s gone to the dogs. then when customer were contacted, I was expecting a prompt and professional reply however I got a message at 3 am in the morning to say that they weren’t refunding the money and there was no apology for the language used by their esteemed professional driver. What’s worse I’ve no idea what happened to the food I paid for and some cheeky delivery driver has probably had it on the house No responsibility taken of course by this billion dollar company for a complete BAD Service.

They stole my money and keep doing it. They flash offers for $10, then give me $4. I hope people start complaining to the BBB. Consumer complaints. Your drivers re getting ripped off. The tips you think your giving are going to the company, they are robbing drivers and don’t care.

Uber is not paying their drivers good amount of money, drivers are spending they're gas, time, car miles, and maintenance. These things are not cheap. Even when you go to the airport waiting lot, they are not repairing that lot as well. It is damaging our wheels, alignment, tires.
