“There’s no phone number available for customer support??? I ordered chicken, Parmesan, and onions to make Alfredo at home. The driver couldn’t find CHICKEN, in a grocery store, so Uber charged me for the rest of the items I never received! Uber expects me to eat onions and cheese fried in a pan because the guy couldn’t find CHICKEN 😂”

“On September 5th 2024 I requested an Uber ride and I was quoted $115. after the ride was completed I received a receipt for $115, then minutes later I received another receipt for additional $137.08 totaling $252.08 I was shocked because that's not what I was quoted when I booked. I reached out twice to Uber to correct their error but they refused. This behavior is a blatant misrepresentation of conducting business by scamming customers with original lower fare and increase it after providing service. I'm working with my credit card company to dispute the charge however others be warned of this misleading behavior of Uber. I for one will NEVER use Uber again.”

“UBER HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I RECOMMEND LYFT OVER UBER ANY DAY. THEY WERE NO HELP AND I WAS HUNG UP ON AFTER EXPLAINIGN THE SITUATION; ONE THAT COULD NOT BE RESOVLVED VIA THE STUIPID ONLINE OR APP SERVICE. SCREW THIS COMPANY.”

“They are total fraud. I had booked a package with them. It was worth 22000 and the driver did not deliver it. But the app shows it has been delivered. Uber hold no responsibility and doesn’t even provide u details of the driver. It is so difficult to talk to them. There chat never answers ur query. They are total frauds. They must be inclvolved themselves in the theft of the package. The driver doesn’t take any calls. It’s the most unsafe way to deliver ur packages. Never trust these frauds. Twice they charged me for 2 package delivery. I had paid the driver but still the app shows unpaid. Request to all not to send packages through these frauds”

“Got charge $25 cancellation when the Uber driver never showed up. When I called a customer service number and was told he couldn’t help me find how to request a refund he said he was going to hang up on me then did. I was in another Uber drivers car at the time and he listened to the entire conversation and agreed I was never rude in any way and he said that was just wrong.”

“Uber charged me cancellation charges even though I cancelled when your site was still searching for a ride and was taking too long. So how do you justify it by saying that cancellation charges are for the efforts of the driver when you have not yet assigned any driver?”

“Horrible support team they never understand anything i say, they follow a script like a robot without understanding what your problem is. I bet you if you call for a problem and hang up and call again another person will respond and say that same exact thing word by word. Worst customer service i delt with in my life. And i say that not from one call but from several interactions with uber support. I drive for Uber and unfortunately I have to deal with nonsense every-time i have a problem.”

“Uber is a total fraud , including their drivers … an Uber driver came to my house to pick up a package for a customer , in that process the driver stole my package along side , the driver name is JORGE and he drives a VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN 5781C35.. he was suppose to pick a cooler of rice from my house , instead he left with my wigs and makeup accessories that was delivered by TikTok shop driver .. and up till now Uber haven’t find the driver for me … Uber is a scam and thief. Tell your driver to return my package . By morning I am going to ask my neighbors to give me a clip of what they have on him and I will put he’s face out there”

“Uber is a total FRAUD & loves to STEAL your money! I request a ride & price was $43.29! After the ride it was doubled $73.02! Uber charged Distance & Time Fee which is total FRAUD! They also charge OUTRAGEOUS UNECESSARY Fee such as WAITING, CANCELLATION, RESERVATION, DISTANCE, & TIME FEES! All this fee is total FRAUD! When I ask Uber for refund they refused! Don’t ever call Uber! Uber is a HORRIBLE service! Even Uber customer service is WORST! I have attached 2 photos! Photo 1 is correct price $43.29 photo 2 is a FRAUD price!”

“It's a chat bot, but it reports names as if it's a person. I asked if it was a bot and it replied, "No, this is your live agent Vanessa". But when you reply with complex answers it breaks and says it will transfer you. Just trash”

“Worst experience ever and I've only used Uber three times the order took 2 hours and 18 minutes to arrive and the driver ran away so quickly. You failed to notice that I'm on a walker and I can't bend over to pick up my food. And of course super cold.”

“I placed an order for a restaurant. Immediately after planning it I realized it was at the wrong location. I tried to cancel and they claimed the food was already prepared and I would still be charged the full amount. I contacted the restaurant and was told they had NOT prepared anything and would cancel the order. Uber claimed they could not refund my money and the merchant has accepted the order. They disconnected me. Basically stole my money. I have nothing to show for the order. The money charged was a gift! I will not use them again. They are thieves!”

“I wrote a review close to a month ago about being physically assaulted by my Uber driver. To date, Uber has done nothing about it. As part of my ongoing effort to raise awareness and place blame in the hands of Uber, I'm making the driver known on every social media platform available. The driver's name is John. In his late 60's to early or, mid 70's. He drives a white Kia Sorento license plate number 8TJJ512. I believe he's Armenian or some sort of middle eastern descent. This assault took place in Burbank, in the parking lot of and, directly in front of Ralph's on San Fernando and Delaware. Beware of this driver.”

“I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars with Uber and after being a loyal customer for 14+ years my Uber cash does not work and I am watching my money expire as Uber never gets back to me about how to fix this issue. This is illegal. I have been watching my money disappear because Uber will not fix the Uber cash problem. They say they reach out to you but they do not. I have tried to reach Uber 37 times and without fail I never get a response. You should be ashamed of yourself.”
