I took an Uber ride. Unfortunately I left my phone in the car. Instead of the driver named Rustam returning it to me he threw it out the window 20 seconds from my home resulting in it being run over. It was shattered front and back as well as rained on. The only reason I found it is bc my family members received an alert saying a crash was detected and provided the location of the phone. Uber support has done nothing to help other than refund me $20. Now I’m out money bc I have to purchase a new phone. This was unacceptable and I will never be using Uber again!!!!!!

Driver wrongfully cancelled ride an had smerky remarks pertaining a personal matter also showed up early an complained about people not being at the exact spot 15 feet away dropped off nearly 3 miles from destination in the °100 weather an claimed they were not taking the comments towards them when they are supposed to drive an mind there own business an shouldn't have opened there mouth on the subject

Uber funking sucks you spend all this money to get food they never bring the right food then if I want to go somewhere they charge you all this money only to pick you up late never the time they post before you send for the ride I'm done with them they need to be sued I just bored breakfast $40 plus tip and my food is fuckd up perusal just cook save your money and time

A Customer Support Team Took $142 Dollars From Me. Sent Me On A Blank Trip Had Me Sitting And Waiting For The Customer. I Tried To Call The Customer And One Of The Customer Service Tells Me That No One Is There And Tells Me The Reason Why I Was Sent To That Location To Say In 24 Hours That A Customer Called A Put In A Complaint That They Requested A Ride And That It Was Me That Came To Pick Them Up Then Go Home Talking About That He Knows How Customer Sometimes Lie And That He Was Going To Make Sure I Get Paid For The Trip Then Ask Me To Call Him Back After I Completed My Route For That Day And To Make Sure I Was In A Safe Place So I Complete My Route He Calls Me Instead To Walk Me Through The Steps On How To Get A Promotion That They Had Going On In Able To Get My $ 200 Dollars And Had Me To Move $ 100 Dollars Of My A Back Up Account In Case I Needed Extra Cash And They Take Money From Your Earnings To Pay Back Over To A Debit Card So Now Not Only That I Have To Pay Back Money That I Didn’t Have Access To I’m Like Really After I Realized What Was Going On I Called Back To Tell Him I Don’t Have Access To This Money And I Can Out To Make This Money To Feed My Family He Hangs Up On Me I Called Back For Support They Tell My To File A Dispute And I Haven’t Heard Back From Anybody When I Try To Contact For More Support I Can No Longer Speak To A Live Person I Can Only Reach Them By Message I Want To Talk To A Live Person Not Chat

I do not recommend working for Uber as a delivery driver. I completed a trip, but the Uber App wasn't working properly, and I wasn't able to confirm that I completed the order so I reached out to Uber Support to help with confirming the order so I can continue on. The agent lied to me by saying that she will have to cancel the order, but she promised that I will still get paid for it. Long story short, Uber didn't pay me the full amount they owed me. Uber Support continuously transferred me to every agent just to tell me that they weren't going to give me what they owed me. I asked for a supervisor many times, but they ignored me and continued to transfer me to another agent that basically couldn't help. PLEASE DO NOT WORK FOR UBER DELIVERY, it is not worth the frustration.

Took 1 hour and 45 mins to then lie and say he'd delivered food. CCTV in the whole street showing he never bothered to show up and lied to his employer.

Absolutely terrible. Had to talk to three people for two hours only to get pushed back to my business administrator at the very end. I'm pretty sure none of them understood english. What a joke.

On a vacation in Texas from fl and was denied a refund for a car I couldn’t rent. This is my first time out of my state and things are totally different. now I’m out of $114.82 and can’t contact a real person from Uber to make things a little better..this is very frustrating and unacceptable and I can’t do business with a company who exploits there customers under any circumstances.

Impossible to talk to a person about issues 1.I was charged a higher price than quoted at booking and the reason options are insufficient as none of them apply to my issue. 2. On a trip to Phoenix, I was offered a black service from Phoenix airport to Scottsdale for $30 but I was charged $60 !!! Uber customer support is the worst I have ever experienced. A chat bot is not able to cover all issues!!! I will definitely use Lyft in the future as Uber is robbing people and not allowing any recourse

Uber is no longer same as it was. The app has more flaws than ever before. I am repeatedly having issues with Uber. Biggest mistake to use Share Ride. The app turned us around back to my original location where I was picked up and picked up a ride (share ride) in opposite direction. Added 35 minutes to arrival time ant airport. I consequently missed my flight and caused a lot more than I could afford.

I need to submit a claim about a car I rent in France via Uber and the rental company cheated and charged me more than $400 in car repairs alleging I hit the car all over. It is a real scam from Hertz. But, I did the deal with Uber and Uber has no way I can file a claim of this nature and I feel completely violated from the car rental company and from Uber support. If Uber is not going to support these type of services, the better not offer. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM that with Expedia would never happen. Never rent a car with UBER. Hertz from Nice, France is famous for this type of scams (check their reviews) and Uber should know about this and protect their customers about this. Definitely complete lack of support for customers. I invite anybody to check on UBER app or website if they have an option to present these type of claims.

As a rider, you have zero rights. They can overcharge you for anything they want and will not listen to your side at all. And if you don’t agree with them, they will flat ignore you and not allow you to talk to a person or try to help you. If you want your tip back because your driver turned out to be a rude jerk then they totally ignore you. Will be going to Lyft from now on.

I was charged twice for a single ride all because the driver had to go pick up his kid from school. And so ride took a lot longer. But yet the driver doesn’t get the extra $ Uber itself does. So my problem is that one I should not have been over charged and two if I am to be over charged for time or distance then they should pay the drivers.

I think Uber makes most of their money by sending drivers too soon. If they come before you finish applying, you are charged if the pick up time is different from your request. The Uber request form on the computer is horrible. It is not user-friendly at all. I am really disappointed that they have not organized their request form and will send a driver while you're still typing. Uber needs to improve their request service, and return the money that was charged for a driver that came too early.

At 7:37 am, I scheduled a ride with Uber. The app responded with "arrive by 7:57 am"...then found a driver that was 7 mins away, so I book it. 3 minutes later, I checked to see where the driver is and the wait time is now 9 minutes. I texted the driver about 10 minutes into the wait and asked 'Are you close?' and got no response. For 23 total minutes, the app stayed on that 9 minute wait time, so I canceled. The app, if you can believe it, responded to my cancel request by mentioning that the driver was on the way. On this day, I ended up arriving to work an hour late.

Uber driver had an accident on the way to me !! He did not arrive on time and did not deliver edible food ! I’ve got video from my cctv when he said he had an accident and if I don’t take food he will throw it away as he already marked as delivered !!! I contacted support multiple times !! Had to order food again paid money again ! And this useless time wasters said they will not refund for damaged item I have got ??? Ridiculous! I am reporting this to trading standards I will review this all over social media ! Scammers thefts !!! Stealing money from people useless customer service they don’t even open attachments! Hope they will ban you in uk ! 😡
