I would give it 0 stars if I could. Uber is the worst customer service company I have experienced. They have no clear information on charges or upcharges. Seems to be whatever the y want to charge based on your location and ability to pay more than anything. As a first time user for an appointment, I reserved a car about 30 minutes in advance, one I realized this was a mistake it was too late to cancel as under the 60 minute time line. I ended up paying 48.00 to go 5 miles in 10 minutes. There was no way to change to regular service. My return trip was by a local Taxi in rush hour traffic which took about 20 minutes and the charge was $25.00. I will not use Uber again. No way to contact anyone to get this corrected before the ride.

Κάκιστη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών! Δεν υπαρχει καμία αμεσότητα για επικοινωνία μέσω εκπροσώπου (email ή τηλεφωνική στην Ελλαδα) για την επίλυση ενός σοβαρού θέματος απώλειας. Προσπαθώ μέρες να επικοινωνήσω με τον οδηγό για την απώλεια ενός αντικειμένου μέσω της uber χωρίς κανένα αποτέλεσμα. Έχω στείλει επανηλλημενα μηνύματα για επικοινωνία με τον οδηγό μέσω των αυτοματοποιημενων επιλογών του μενού στο app (καθώς δεν υπάρχει κανένας άλλος πιο άμεσως τροπος) χωρίς κανένα feedback. Δε το συνιστώ!

Charged $90 for Uber One on my credit card when it was never 'ordered,' never used. It somehow just 'appeared' on my wife's Uber app. And customer service is like a unicorn; it doesn't exist in the real world. I gave Uber 1 star because there was no option for no stars.

This by far the worst customer service. It’s 2024, you can make it possible to chat or email support. Why? Because you don’t want to deal with it. It shouldn’t be this hard to have proper customer care. Your overall rating is a 1 star. This is type of company that ends up having a class action lawsuit.

I have tried to sort out issues with our Store - ie it has been disconnected with no warning or correspondence. We had photo shoot and spent a lot of time and money on getting it up and running and now it has disappeared. Help desk is useless, they just keep saying they have escilated the issue but I hear from no one. UBER, get it togather

They're reasonable and I like the code use part to save on orders... like this code... Get $45 off at Uber Eats eats-00njk7vg9u food secion was great and i was awarded 30 off my firat order which was great...but for the rides portion I made a mistake inputting an address and they canceled the trip ansnstill charged 7 dollars yet I didn't evennhave time to rectify the error because apparently it was arriving withinn2 mins and it just simply wasn't easy on my first try using the app.

Uber took 14.66 from my account but that ride is not on my Uber app. Also they've done this before. You guys never help anyone, take our money without permission. If I don't get my money back I will file reports with EVERYONE. government, police, and btw my father is the D.A..

The service is terrible. They are giving me wrong information every time I speak to them. They don’t have any knowledge to assist the drivers. Every time I speak with them they were telling me different things. This is terrible

The male riders are still rating women poorly if they are a bit attractive and don’t engage them. Why is this kind of power in the hands of males with that mentality. I was super kind actually and they are so passive aggressive and know that the reason my rating is below great is because of the reason above. They would know that as soon as they see my rating and see me and know that I tip reasonably. It’s character defamation and if Uber does t fix this asap I’m going to seek and attorney as my experiences are lengthy with how many questions I got put to me and how petty these adult men are. Gross. I felt I have wasted my money and wish I would have just taken the bus.

The driver Micheal was very rude it was my first time using uber and I'll never us them again and I'll definitely Discourage anyone who thinking about using uber your drivers are the ones representing your company and Micheal did nothing but acting rude on ubers behalf I hope your Business bankrupt

Absolutely dire support. I paid for an order in credit, this was cancelled, the credit never came back. I've been going in circles for days (It took 2 days just to contact someone in the first place as well....) and I keep being told about a temporary authorization hold on my bank transfer, when there was no bank transfer whatsoever and I've said this 4 times with nobody listening and just parroting the same thing back to me again and again. Absolutely woeful service

I am soooo tired of canceled rides on this app. Whenever I have a choice now, I go with taxis via Curb. This company needs to get its act together.

Ordered on the GDK app and was delivered by Uber. As soon as I got the bag into the lounge where I had light I found my order was actually somebody else’s. I ordered £40 worth of food and there was a wrap and some cheese balls in there. Whole family were sat with scraps. Called the Uber help line on a Friday night and couldn’t get through. Went to GDK instead. They replied after 3 days and told me to contact Uber again. This time I got through and they don’t want to know because it’s past 48 hours. Explained I tried to contact but they’re were not interested. In my opinion this is an issue GDK and Uber need to fix between themselves but that being said, the Uber support team service is utter garbage. I run a business and I know that satiating a customer when something goes wrong goes a long way in retaining them.. it’s not rocket science. Now I’ll just spread word and not order 1. A GDK and 2. Any food company that uses Uber to deliver food.

I have been driving for Uber for about 4 months now..Avg 50-60 hrs per week delivering. The "support team" is an absolute joke and are the rudest customer service "team". They are unorganized..leave zero notes..and are extremely combative. We make deliveries to dangerous areas sometimea that put our lives in jeopardy and when you call the "support" team for support..they call you a dumb American.I would highly advise not driving for this horrible company.

Too bad less than 1 star isn't available. I made a mistake of starting setting up an account using the "driver" app vs the "rider" app and input some private data that should have never been requested. No matter how I tried, Uber support will not delete that "driver" account without deleting ALL Uber accounts associated with my cell phone number. Twice, on the phone, the support staff claimed it could be done through a "link" they sent to me, but that link DID NOT work as described. Their support system is of no help!

I have never in my 36 years experienced worse customer support than Uber's. They simply copy and paste a response without actually addressing my problem. I have been trying to get a refund for a rental car I booked through them that I was refused by the rental company. Uber told me I needed to bring a major credit card which I did. I was never told they would not accept discover. Uber support has closed my ticket over 50 times without even once being addressed by a real person with a real (not copy and pasted) response. There is absolutely no way up contact support any other way. I can't believe support can be this bad.

Customer service was rude! I got an email fro Uber “One” stating I was charged. Ignored because I thought it was one of those scammy emails. I wasn’t expecting to be charged because I do not use “Uber ONE.” I look at my transactions and sure enough I was charged by Uber “ONE.” I reached out, explain to Jayda that I didn’t subscribe to Uber ONE and I’d like my FULL refund. She states it isn’t possible to get a refund for a something I paid that I don’t even use and no nothing about. She then ends the chat.

I wanted to use Uber rides but so many many bad reviews. I have noticed there is no customer service representative, no one to answer your questions. Not worth it , I rather pay a few dollar more for a taxi.

Uber insulted me. I asked for a refund as the food they brought me was tough. They told me I was 2 days late. I explained to them I didn't know I had to complain to them - I thought it was the restaurant - I couldn't get through to the restaurant but I did yesterday. I was told it had to be Uber to refund me. Today I received a reply from Uber - they said they would refund me 29p off of my next order. I will NEVER Order from Uber Again, what an insult, my Order was 17.64
