I accidentally left my prescription glasses in a black case in the car after changing to my sunglasses in the back seat. I know for a fact that is where they were lost. Uber claims they couldn’t reach the driver even after 24 hours and then he just said they aren’t in the car. Make sure you search the car and trunk when you get out because they only want your money and couldn’t care less about you as a customer. This is ruining my vacation with my grandchildren as I can’t see without them.

Driver one (Jimmy) canceled ride as I was about to get in his car saying it was too far. Driver two (Mohammed) text me asking for my destination, when I replied he canceled. Driver three got me home. Drivers should not be allowed to cancel and probably wouldn't if Uber shared more of the fare with them.

I was a very loyal uber rider. One night I was set up to get robbed by my uber driver. It was a traumatic experience for me. Customer support was very dismissive, it felt like they were protecting their driver. Very dissatisfied

I am in Lincoln with my doggie the cost for an uber for 2 miles with the doggie Is £36.28 same journey without the dog is £6.43 and you say your dog friendly what a joke

The issue with verifying my account has been ongoing since August 31st, and the process has been incredibly frustrating. First of all, you can't even call customer support directly. One representative informed me that they aren’t allowed to handle these kinds of issues themselves, saying, “I have to refer you to the 'specialized team'." Honestly, it felt like a joke. I was passed on to this so-called specialized team, and here’s what happened next: I received a message from someone named Joseph, who claimed to be one of the supervisors from Uber’s Support team. The message was polite enough, but the process they outlined was absurdly complex. Here's what they needed from me: - The last 4 digits of the payment method linked to my account - My existing email address - My current phone number - The charge amounts for any 2 out of my last 5 trips or orders - The locations for any 2 of those trips or orders - My new phone number, email ID, or name that I wanted to update They even suggested I check the receipts sent to my email for details about my past trips. After gathering all of this information, they claimed they would finally assist me in making the necessary changes. The kicker? At the end of the message, they offered a number to call for live support: 1-800-314-2308, available Monday through Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm CT. However, when I tried to call, I found out you need to have Premier Support to actually get through! So, after 10 days of trying to resolve this issue, I was back to square one. Out of desperation, I searched the internet and found another 1-800 number. When I explained the situation to yet another representative, they told me the same thing: "I’ll send your information to the 'specialized team.'" And here I am, caught in the same frustrating loop all over again... Today 11 days.... Still waiting...........

Uber terrible company to work for!!!! Do not become an uber driver!! They send faulty orders out. Once you get to your pick up location, nothing's there. Call and spoke to customer service. Got ZERO help. So Pretty much you're screwed if you happened to select a faulty, nonexistent order. Now you're gas and time is wasted. Happened more then once!!! Uber love to waste your time and gas!!

This is the message i will be posting everywhere possible. Thanks for being worthless! What a joke! I ordered an uber at 2:08. I was told my driver would arrive in 5 minutes. I go outside and wait. I see tbe driver is one street over and no longer moving. I message asking if he prefer i walk to him- no response- i message saying im walking his way- no response. I walk the street over and now the map is showing he is at airport and will be back to get me in 9 minutes. I wait about 20 minutes while the map shows he hasnt moved at all. I message and csll him. No answer. I cant cancel ride bc uber is saying i will get a cancellation fee and then my next ride would cost double bc its prime time traffic at this point. I message uber customer service- through my driver food delivery app bc they make it impossible for riders to get in touch with their “customer service”. I tell my situation and give my request to have them cancel my ride as it had now been over an hour with my driver not moving from his spot sitting at the airport and to give me a new driver at the same rate i wud have paid when i originally requested a ride at an early enough time before rates sky rocketed. At this point they transferred my chat about 8 times.. eventually i walked to the bus stop so told customer service to just return my money. They continued transferring me and about an hour and a half after i originally requested my ride the driver dropped my ride and it was hiven to a new driver. I did not see this as i was stating my problem to 8 didferent uber support people. As soon as i noticed i explained to the driver not to drive to my location bc i was already on the bus. I then get notified that i was charged 6.07 for a cancellation fee. Finally cust service bounced me to diff people enough times until i got a msg saying someone wud contact me in 6-12 hours. I then got a message that i was not able to be reimbursed bc i had reached the limit for price adjustments. Mind you i have only had 2 price adjustments out of 300 plus rides on the account my driver never showed up and i asked to have my mobey returned- all mistakes on their end. Yet now bc they screwed up too many times they refuse to return my money. I am outraged. Please let everyone u know that uber is robbers and not to support their disgusting poor excuse of an operation.

Και έγιναν πιο ακριβοί και αυτοί και ο ανταγωνισμός τους κι δεν βρίσκει ταξί κανείς όταν το θέλει. Θα πρέπει να κοιτάξουν μια λύση και για επείγοντα όχι μόνο τα prebookings. Περισσότερη ζήτηση σημαινει και την ανάγκη για περισσότερα ταξί.

Uber is a company that thrives on deceptive business practices and convoluted customer service systems. Charging for uber one subscriptions 48 hours before the renewal date and stating that you will not refund the charge if you try to cancel within those 48 hours, due to the disclosure being intentionally hidden in the terms of service, is deceptive to the point of straight up criminal thievery. If you do not explicitly disclose your scummy business practices in a way you know a customer will see it when they sign up, your business is predatory and deserves to be reported to the government and punished to the fullest extent of the law. Additionally, making your customer service nearly impossible to find online and not having a single phone number listed where someone can contact support shows that your intentions are malicious, that you know exactly what you’re doing, and that you have perfected the art of stealing from the middle class. I cannot in good faith allow anyone in my life to give money to a company as money hungry as this one, and rest assured that I will ensure that I never step into a vehicle with an uber logo on it as long as I have another option, regardless of how much that alternative may cost me. If uber has no haters, then I am no longer breathing. I will remember the way you treat customers for the rest of my days, and no apology or monetary compensation could ever change that. I would rather sleep on a curb outside of a bar on a cold, rainy night than pay or let my buddies pay for an uber driver to take my drunk self home. Do not let this company scam you.

95 percent of the customer service representatives are rude and unprofessional. You try to explain something calmly and they don't listen. You have to contact them several times before you get someone who will They state, we thoroughly investigated your situation but they really do not. I will not be driving much longer. I have a 5 star rating because of my customer service and over 5000 rides. But they just end the conversation before proving or listening to your data. 28 years in the financial business, if someone did that they would be fired. You do not end conversations until something is resolved. People have gotten me as a rider and said, "we heard about you." " We were excited to finally get you." That's the type of customer service you should strive for.

I'm facing issue with Uber shuttle from last 15 days.. all booked shuttle canceled nd some of their driver take cash when we board shuttle from different locations. Pethatic condition from last 15 days.. no calling option to discuss issues.

I tried to book an Uber in advance and put in the pick up address however they wanted to use my home address which was much farther. I’d rather call a cab at this point. It was only 10 minutes from the airport. I’ve never used Uber n never will again

I’m a driver for Uber. Driver support is a freaking joke!! Outsourced reps who have no common sense or understanding for situations. I have been blocked out of my driver account for a week now with no resolution in sight. I feel really sorry for all the people that gave bad experience reviews. Uber does not support their drivers and leave them in the learch! If they treat the drivers like that…watch out riders.

It’s fraud with poor people who are being used along with their brand new expensive cars for the advantage and profit of Uber ownership. For one ride Uber company gives $4-5 for going to destinations, picking up riders and then dropping them off. Isn’t it a big fraud and cheating with ppl by using their hard work, gas, car mileage, and paying so disappointing amount. Fake Uber earring is not a right source of income. It misuses others money and services and puts billions on their own pocket. It’s unjustifiable and Uber must come to an end. People should use their independent cabs and will make right money according to the distance and all amount will go in the pocket of someone who really in fact deserves. People stop working like a dummy dolls for Uber. They are frauds

Yesterday in Manhattan, I was dumped twice in under 10 minutes after each driver said he was at the pickup point. They lied and were never at the pickup point. Uber treats customers terribly and gives no in app support to customers having pickup or ride issues. This is contemptuous of customers. Despite being a member and global customer since 2096, I’ll not be using UBER again.
