Terrible customer service.

Uber delivery man did not read the notes stating not to ring the bell, please call. My wife waited at the glass door of our apartment building. The driver came up, she waved and he proceeded to buzz our apartment waking up our sick child. She immediately stopped him and asked why he did that. She explained the note. He admitted to not reading it. Took offense at her time and said he could just cancel the order because of her attitude. She asked him why he would do that. He swore at her, telling her just to take the food. He threw the food on her, pushing her in the process. We would have called the cops but it's NYC, nothing would be done about it. I will never use Uber again. Worst company that does not care for the safety of their customers. They'll take any scumbag as a driver. Your not safe with them. Their response was crediting her $5.

TTHIS IS THE SECOND DAY UBER HAS MADE ME LATE FOR WORK. I REQUST A RIDE AND IT TAKES 10 MINUTES FOR A DRIVER TO ACCEPT THE RIDE THEN THE DRIVER IS TWENTY MINUTES OR MORE AWAY FROM MY DESTINATION. WHAT GOOD IS IT PAYING ALL THIS MONEY JUST TO GET TO UOUR DESTINATION LATE!!! 😡😡😡

DO NOT EVER TAKE A RIDE WITH THIS COMPANY! I took one ride with Uber in April 2023 and since then I have been charged $9.99 on my credit card every month. I chatted with support and they supposedly canceled my account in October 2023 and I still got charged. I re- cancelled my account twice since the and I am still getting charged. Their support is the worst. Their phone number rings to a message that tells you to use the app for support. I even took my credit card information out of their site yet they are still fraudulently charging me every month. STAY AWAY FROM UBER unless you like paying money to a company for doing absolutely nothing for you.

It is 1000% not okay to work hard and go above & beyond for a customer and not be compensated the amount you were promised before starting the job. Tip take-backs is unacceptable! Karma's a B@#%& Kim L.

Meika is a good driver 5 stars around always trying go the extra mile for others she is awesome please use her I asked her to wait for for me and she didn’t have to but she and never charged me on my way back home thank God for.

Hopeless service. Sorry availability of any kind of support. Drivers don’t come to pick up and don’t even cancel ride so the passenger is charged.

I ordered McDonald’s and the burger didn’t come only the fries and drink the burger alone is £5.19 they refunded me £2.15 I asked why wouldn’t they give me the actual money back for the burger that’s £5.19 and they literally said that’s their flat rate and then hung up on me absolutely disgusting

I closed my uber account months ago. Uber charged both bank accounts for the same charges several times. I let them all settle. After closing the uber account right after they are still charging my bank. I have messages saying that those charges are not recognized on the account and am still being charged even after my bank chimed in.

Have driven uber for over 6 years , and more than 9000 fates . Love the job ,but the incompetence and uncaring nature of Uber support will drive .myself and other drivers off the platform The problems with support remain the same and have been getting steadily worse . They include : 1 support DO NOT RESOLVE anything 2 support DO NOT LISTEN 3 support DO NOT COMPREHEND or acknowledge genuine problems These 3 factors alone ,ensure that concerns for uber drivers and issues with uber app are never resolved or rectified THE SCRIPT from uber support remains the same from uber support (A) we are sorry you have a problem (B) we are sure this must upset you (C) we promise we won't comprehend or follow up any problems you notify us about (D) PLEASE enjoy our repetitive COPY PASTE never ending chain of emails where we demonstrate We don't listen We won't listen We are not authorised to fix anything We are not empowered or motivated to fix anything We DO NOT OFFER SUPPORT We remain in a bubble where we frustrate uber drivers with lack of the above Please allow us the opportunity to move on and frustrate the next driver

There is no customer support in uber, I have raised so many complaints through uber chat, email, social media but not getting any kind of response, they have top most worst customer service. Seems they just looting our hard earn money.

I am locked Out of My account for reasons I don't understand. I have tried to contact Uber 15 × today. They tell me to go to the app. And use the customer support. Since I am locked out, I can't even get to customer support. I get automatic reply that don't address my situation. No customer service!

My boyfriend and I were in Santa Fe, NM over the weekend. My boyfriend and I had to take an Uber to the hotel. When we got out of the vehicle, he noticed what looked like a bed bug on his shirt. He says that the driver was courteous, but the car didn't seem especially clean. The driver was an older man with gray hair pulled back in a ponytail.we had to launder everything before we could wear any of our clothes. Disgusting!

I will be using Lyft from now on. I was trying to report a dysfunction / difficulty with the app itself regarding a trip I took from Pearson Airport. Uber had decided the pickup location based on my flight number. My original flight was delayed twice and therefore, my destination terminal changed. Uber did not seem to update the arrival Terminal and I wasn't able to change my pickup location when arriving without canceling the ride all together. I did not want to cancel the ride and penalize the driver because it wasn't his fault, nor mine. I also wasn't sure if I'd have to start all over again and wait longer for another driver. When I called for support, they basically told me I have to do it online and to complain about the driver. It's unbelievable that there's no where to report this. Bye Uber ! Off to your competitors I go.

1 star is to much. Drivers did not want to pick up at Westchester Airport. Charged twice and then drivers cancelled. Guessing I was not going far enough for them. Will never use Uber again. Wasted an hour trying to get a car.

I had a package picked up but never delivered. They were unsympathetic would not refund the cost of the delivery and believed the drivers story. I just had surgery and could not pick up the item myself. The item was 104.00. They said they do not reimburse costs of items or delivery fees.

THEY HAVE THE WORSE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN THE ENTIRE WORLD! I literally waited three hours for food that I ordered. On top of that, the main dish from my order was missing!!!! When reaching out to their support team they wouldn't help with anything! Please spare yourself and go to GrubHub or DoorDash!
