I would give a zero star rating if it were possible. Uber support is terrible I called the wrong Uber number by accident and the man screamed at me for calling the number to request a ride and not needing one. I have been trying to get an issue resolved with someone creating an account with my card since Friday and I keep getting transferred to the “specialized team” and told they will reach out in 6-12 hours only to never hear anything and it’s been almost 5 days which is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable on such an urgent and time sensitive matter. Thankfully my bank solved the issue same day when I called Friday.

Uber support is ridiculous, they only repeat the same message with no clear instructions. How do your drivers get blocked & you claim its deactivated but your unable to fix?

Just nasty untrustworthy drivers just nasty thieving horrible men. After refusing to pick me up because they did not know how to get to the bus stop I was waiting at they forced me to cancel because they said that we won’t get there and then charge me for it disgusting men who would never get a job anywhere else

I had 2 bad experiences with Uber and UberEats. Uber-I was drinking my coffee at the bus stop where I was going to be running late for work so I got on the app and requested a ride that would get me there in time. I see the driver look at me, not rolling down his window to ask or call me on the phone and cancels my ride stating I had no mask. Had he asked I would have pulled it out my pocket, strike 1. Contacted customer service and was basically told to F off since their drivers could cancel with due reason but again no one verified that I had no mask, I was drinking coffee! Strike 2. Now I get an email from UberEats that I request too many refunds. Really, I don’t get what I paid for and I make too many refund requests. I ordered Spanish food and received Vietnamese, I order a lemonade and don’t get my drink! Strike 3! It’s like they want your money and flip a coin to see if you get what you pay for.

Daniel H. claimed flat tire, order was returned to store. Have filed complaint with store and pay pal. This service is horrible, I only found out from the store. No notification from uber, just cancelled. AssH…s.

Uber is scam, hire CS support don’t speak English and DO Not understand US culture and use Inappropriate language to customers and hand up your call and block your number so you can’t call. Do you know why they begin make money? Because they scam driver and customers money refused refund, no matter you reach them out in X or instagram or call them or email. None of them from the corporate. They all from outside of US. I already deleted Uber / Uber eats/ postmate based on their act and careless, I use Uber everyday and now I go doordash and Lyft

We booked an Uber today, driver named Afzal Ahmad (diesel)car no.- 2318.. reached the pickup point, but when we told him to open the car trunk he refused to do so and started speaking rudely. We were having so many bags he kept us waiting outside, and refused to open the car trunk of the car being a diesel sedan with no CNG, he was very rude. And drove off at speed when we confronted him. Leaving us on the street with our bags in hand.

Uber driver named Laneshia canceled my Uber for no reason. Didn't even pick me up at place of pick up. Said she was in her way and then never showed up. Gladly took the money I paid for the Uber service though. Will never do Uber again. Drivers are thieves. Taking my money to Lyft.

I recently hired an Uber driver to go from Huntington Beach to Santa Ana. His name was Gary. I felt safe. I felt comfortable and thankful for Gary H. I left a sweater in his Uber car. He came back to where he dropped me off maybe 20 minutes later or 25 minutes later and brought me my sweater. What a great guy. thank you from the bottom of my heart Gary. I’m a Uber driver and my review it’s not about support teams, my review it’s about poor payment methods percent, I don’t have any idea how Uber drivers pay drop off from 80% through a close 35% , when a passenger pays 60 dlls a driver get only 18 or 22 dlls

Haven't used Uber yet and have no intention of it. I downloaded App and went to schedule my first ever ride for Monday the 24th of June 2024. $48.00 to go 9 miles. Sorry that is a complete ripoff. Plus no way to talk to a customer service rep. Screw that. I would rather walk the 9 miles to my colonoscopy than use this company.

Had 2 trips .charged me for 3.they are ripping people off i won't use again.i am complaining to gov.co. which u can complain about any taxi company..why let them get away with it.they are losing lots of people by ripping people off.they should be investigated.have their taxi licence took off them..twice written twice shy.they have your card details .you can not trust this company.be careful.for every bad review or for every uber account shut .they lose.its the drivers i feel sorry for.trying to make a living.bad company .drivers will get less work .through deceite.very dishonest.do these drivers want to work for a dishonest company .with alot of unhappy customers not wanting to use this company

Uber is the worst company ever. i will never use them again. they steal money for services they don't provide. they somehow have permission to charge and then no commitment to provide the service they charged for within a decent time frame.

I reserved an Uber for a flight and they cancelled after being 20min late. Made me miss my flight and have to buy a brand new one. I can't believe such a cruel and inhumane person did that. Spent 312$ extra just to arrive a day late. I demand this woman to not be allowed to Uber. Or my money reimbursement on my Uber price or something more than 10$
