I had to pay an cancellation fee for an issue which wasn‘t even my fault to begin with. Now they demand for me to pay the fee AGAIN. I can never use Uber again (i don‘t want to after this experience but still) because i most definitely won‘t pay it twice. Especially since it wasn‘t my fault. The customer service is not helping AT ALL.

Their is no support.We have to call A call center in the Philippines(A country where Uber is banned) and speak to people that were never trained by or even seen anyone from Uber they are given scripts to read to us and have no ability to do anything at all.Sad that the company takes 70%+ of every fare (far more during surge)and we can't even get help when we need it.

I am deeply disappointed by the abysmal customer service provided by Uber, which has been nothing short of a nightmare in addressing unauthorized charges on my account. Over the past month, I have been shuffled from one representative to another without any resolution in sight. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, Uber continues to deduct monthly membership fees from my account, even after I have explicitly requested them to cease. Their rationale that a friend or family member may be using the card does not excuse their lack of action. The card is under my ownership, and if I have formally requested the payments to be halted, Uber should comply without passing the buck back to me. It is alarming to note that I am being forced to pay for services I am not using, which is a clear violation of consumer rights. I urge Uber to rectify this matter without further delay and take responsibility for their disregard of customer service.

Eveything! Uber sends generic responses and closes chats before resolved. Pay gets docked - can’t explain it. They do not role anything- I figured out and replaced my own issue where there kept saying everything ok on our end

Paid for food, didn’t receive chips. Got a $5 voucher which was then taken away. Support used same automated responses each time I contacted them. After hours of their “specialized team” reviewing my issue they decided I was not charged more and closed the issue. This happened about 5 times each time with the same response. Finally the support agent wrote something different. I could barely make out the broken english making up a response that strayed outside the script. They then closed my issue again as if I could understand the broken english that apparently resolved my issue.

Can't book any trips, I am on my holiday in Brazil. For weeks waiting on Uber Support, no one helps or reaches out. Most horrible company ever.

(laughing face) Well, I* lost my phone in an Uber. Had a horrible time trying to access the driver, so I did no less than 4 requests for assistance on the help line (again laughing even harder face) and was told yes it went through, a rep will call you about your concerns within 24 hours. That was 2 days ago (rolling on the floor laughing now). You do realize contract employees are still representing your company right? and you complete LACK of customer service is unacceptable. I would have given no stars. Also the foolish help line, which I had someone in Canada on my compatible device getting into the account I had trouble with, only to be told that they need the verification from the LOST PHONE to be able to access the log and contact the driver. Hope you guys understand the problem with your non-existent customer service and 1) fix the problem and give customers some confidence in your customer service and DON"T have everything go back to verify information on THE LOST/STOLEN PHONE! Can't do a picture because I have NO PHONE!!!!!

Fares are ridiculous for a 3 mile trip ..not even 7min drive. Customer support is no help and i was given 3 diff numbers to help with my issue and all three keep saying they cant help and i gotta use chat which doesnt help cause i need a human being

Lost my business! Ordered pizza App said searching for driver for 15 min I canceled order. Uber (AI not a human) tells me I'm still charged $47.20 That the pizza place received order. I call pizza hut and they never got order. Uber kept money. I will be putting a stop payment on it tomorrow. What a horrible experience

Uber has zero customer support. Fraud on my account cleared by Amex, not my charges. Uber says that I must to pay for the fraudulent rides regardless. I will NEVER pay for such Fraud. There is no customer fraud line and no way for riders to contact Uber for dispute. Amex said it was up to me to clear my name with Uber. Also ridiculous. I should invent some fraudulent service for Uber to pay me? If they attempt to call and dispute, they can "chat" with my AI chat team run by my 🐱 cat. See how far that goes. It's so dumb. It makes me sick.

The app is bad; if you try to get help with the app the customer service tells you they will write a report and get back to me on the app, they never do. I’ve had multiple problems with the Uber app and it isn’t worth using anymore, I will call a cab or Lyft. Uber customer service will not listen if the app is sending the driver to Amazon instead of the airport, the Uber customer service hung up on me, they read their script and have no interest in helping a customer. Also getting charged multiple times for a ride from Uber is very annoying having to call Ubers horrible customer service to get multiple duplicate charges for a single charge, this needs to be illegal and Uber needs to be held accountable. Uber is a lousy greedy business and customers need to bombard Uber with phone calls to get their multiple charges for a single ride back. I feel bad for Uber drivers.

Unsafe practices. Customer service is horrible and does not value their customers. The driver dropped me off at the wrong location. Refused to listen to me when I told him that I sent a message with specific instructions. He made me get out of the car in the middle.of the road because he had another rider to pick up. Customer service did not care about the issue. And said they their policy did not allow for a refund. But it must allow for compromised Customer safety. I will never use Uber again. This is only about 50% of the ridiculous discussion I had with support. Unbelievable. Use Lift or Turo.

Garbage company, charged me over $50 more for a ride than what I was shown up front. Chat bot was absolutely useless and there was no way to actually reach support to speak with an agent. Will never use Uber again, would rather walk than deal with this pack of scammers.

Now a days uber service is getting bad day by day. Chauffeur are not ready to take easy way they are taking route which h will increase the ride amount. In are paying for that route also where is no traffic or jams. They want to ride only their easy way. It might be passenger get late to reach there destination. At the time of booking ride the amount show different and what we are paying in different. Chauffeur are taking unnecessary route to drop passenger. Plz uber either route your maps account or ask chauffeur not to cheat passenger. Uber support not ready to understand us also not helping . My concern plz refund what ever extra amount charged.
