“Great products but not user friendly website, late or incorrect delivery and patchy responses from customer service. Will not be purchasing again.”

“I placed my order on the 22nd of April. I was informed on the 6 May that the body oil was not available but would be sent in one to two weeks. It is now the 27 June. More than 2 months since I first placed my order. I am not holding much confidence in ordering with this company again. It is not satisfactory to charge someone for something that is not available for such a long time, especially with no updates as to what is happening. I have been the one who has had to follow up. I now feel a refund is the appropriate way forward. Other products were of good quality but processing order and delivery was slow. Disappointed.”
