“I love the pjs I bought! And the customer service was great. I'm not sure yet if the sizing is true, I bought the biggest size for my plus size bridesmaid and the top doesn't look like it will fit but we will have to wait to see. Will be disappointing if it doesn't as I bought here as you were the only supplier that went big enough.”

Hi Rachel, You ordered 'Hen Party Balloons With Cocktail Glass (Pack of 6)' apologies for the confusion but this means the balloons have a cocktail glass on them, not and extra product. Kind Regards Lauren

“Placed order. Was told will be dispatched next day. Have tried contacting via email and telephone and getting no response. Telephone is going to the singing answer machine. For a company that is highly recommended its a shame they cant live up to their name. So thanks henpartysuperstore. I now have an unhappy bride and 8 unhappy hens.”

Hi Jemini, You placed the order on a Wednesday for personalised products which take 24hours to process, they were then dispatched on time on the 7th, personalised products are not advertised to be dispatched next day. You have then placed on a 3-5 working day delivery so the items still have time to arrive. I apologise you have not been able to get through to discuss this, I hope your items arrive on time. “The handcuffs arrived missing diamontes and part of the letters were missing on the crown but I didn't not have time to return or complain as they were needed for the hen party the following day.”

“Sorry Lauren regarding my last comment about my order attempted at being delivered on the 4th and 5th, this is untrue as there is no record of it at the delivery office. Please send me on this reference number. Can someone please call me from your company I have been emailing and calling you guys for over a week!”

“Awful service! I paid for a next day delivery and 10 days later the parcel has not arrived! I have emailed you twice for a refund and have heard nothing back! Don't order from here- there are numerous complaints on there social media!”

Hi Cathy, I have now looked into this for you, we do not seem to of received any emails regarding this, as your order was put on a next day delivery we are able to track it for you, i have now done this for you and can see you ordered on the 3rd and delivery was attempted on the 4th and the 5th and is now being held at the local postal office. “There was no follow up when I made my purchase. I was left to wonder whether my gift would arrive and in turn had to email the company myself. I received an email back with a picture to show the item had went through but nothing to say if it would be on time when I needed it or any justification as to why I had to follow this line of enquiry at all. The product was okay when it arrived, wasn't what I was expecting from the information given however I was happy with what I paid for it. Also came on time which was a major plus. I just felt the whole operation of it was a little shoddy. Probably wouldn't use them again.”
