“Order came in good time 4 days, as ordered from else where and had been waiting 2 weeks and still no order, size were ok but would of preferred a little more room in them ordered 2 large and 2 medium,”

“Website not the easiest to order from if you need multiple but in different sizes. Sizing not very generous, that's a manufacturer problem not supplier although be nice if they could state comes up small. Delivery took longer than stated. Helpline not very friendly at all EVENTUALLY suggested I sent ALL items back (at my cost) they would refund me IF they agreed. Which I would have done if I had had time. (Taken so long to arrive) But didn't want to let everyone else down for one t shirt . T shirts looked fab for price if fitted. So when ordering your size order 3 sizes bigger!”

“Hen party superstore was great in that the delivery came promptly and the gifts look amazing. Only downside is I ordered the ‘kiss goodbye to the miss’ and paid extra for a frame, which did not come and I’m still waiting to hear back from them as to when/ if it will!”

“Products were of a high standard. The bride was delighted with her " Kiss the miss goodbye" personalised framed keepsake, I also got everyone a personalised jar of sweets that I put in each bedroom. Really nice idea's at great prices.”

“Customer service is shocking. Website states if you order your items before 4, they will be dispatched the same day. Made an order just after 3, paid for delivery before 1pm next day. Next day received an email stating the order had been dispatched. Should have been dispatched the day I ordered the items, not the day I was expecting to receive them. Emailed them 3 times and received no response, attempted to call them and got a voice message stating they are too busy after 20 mins being on hold. Been 2 weeks since I ordered the items and no one has contacted me or acknowledged the email!!!”

“I placed an order through hen party superstore for a stag do, we ordered a lot of T-shirt’s I’ve various sizes and different names on them. The order was processed quickly and was delivered quickly too. The quality was good and everyone liked them. The only downside I have is with the website itself which while you are customising the shirts if you accidentally press enter or ok it will submit the order before you finish editing into the basket and I couldn’t find a way to re open it up to edit again meaning I had to cancel off the remaining and re put the order through”

“Amazing service! I ordered the wrong colour of personalized tshirt for a hen night. Didn't think I would b able to get it changed but thought I would call to try anyway. Spoke to a very helpful and friendly female who changed the order and received it in post next day! Thank you so much.”
