“Herbies has been my go-to seed bank for the past three years. During that that time stealth delivery was well done and never had a package intercepted by customs. Fast forward to today. My last shipment was intercepted. When I received the package all that was there was a child's t shirt. My experience and other friend's experiences are NEVER ship in clothing. Working with Herbies Customer Service they asked me to have the product shipped to a different address. Yeah right. How about Herbies changing where they ship from? I did not package the product without stealth. Herbies did. The final offer they gave me to make things right was to replace with an order from Herbies US. Frankly speaking Herbies US sucks. They are overpriced and have poor selection and offer no free seeds. So now I get seeds that were not first choice strains, and worse yet ended up with close to half the number of seeds for a bit more money. This is what I call BAD customer service. Herbies threw the problem my way and then offers a take it or leave solution of sending 50% value on an issue I did not cause. Although Herbies and I have had some good times in the past, it's all over now.”

We regret that in your case that did not work, and in accordance with our guarantee we offered a redispatch or a refund to that package, however the customer has preferred to get the order reshipped from the US storage, which has different stock. “Yes, they are legit. They really will mail dope seeds to Australia. My first delivery was intercepted at customs, they sent a replacement through a different channel, arrived fine. Great, excellent customer service all round; I transferred a bit too much money, they contacted me with several alternatives (I went for some extra seeds). Then when the first shipment didn't arrive and I sent them the letter from customs they were right on to providing a replacement. If you do get an interception letter from customs, its pretty mild. They can't prove or even assume they are cannabis seeds unless they grow them, w..a..y too much effort. So its just the biosecurity aspect of unknown seeds, not specifically drug related. Herbies went to a lot of work to make sure my $100 order came through. Its almost as if this isn't just about money, they want their products available to all comers. Whatever their motivation, they have made me a very happy little vegemite indeed.”

“I purchased a couple packs months back and long story short they weren’t what I paid for. So they were supposed to send me 7 seeds back out of the 40 I purchased. From the “exclusive” lineup…. So I pay for the shipping again only not to receive a package before we move. Now I’ve been writing claims and they don’t even have the courtesy to acknowledge I’m writing them. Never again would I spend a nickel at Herbies! Terrible product, terrible customer service and, terrible return on money spent. Just an all around bad experience.”

“My first concern was me not paying attention to the option of US express not that I wanted or needed it fast after placing the order I noticed reviews about issues making it to the US Not a Herbies issue would have been my issue. Good news it made it. The prices seem better if you wait. I will be buying again and will buy the same way. Thank you Herbies”
