“Discreet packaging was perfect. Japanese Customs make a hole to smell the inside of packages and sometimes they put gastroscope to see inside, but your measures about them were perfect and my I could get seeds.”

“Been buying from Herbies for a couple years now never had any seeds intercepted until last month ...grrrr I suppose it depends what do gooders are on duty at time of arrival !! This time I had a letter put in with the stealth item....saying the seeds were a risk and have been destroyed....more like they have been given to one of their regulated oil producers here in sunny QLD !!! Herbies have been GREAT on the ball straight up sent new order with some extra seeds Nice :D Took another 19 days to new address but received all in good order. I would definately recommend Herbies yes you may have some hiccups but they have great customer service ...The insurance on your order is a good idea especially to Aussie ... Thankyou Again Herbies your Team are doing a good job :)”

“Customer service is very good if your on their website so are their service reps and they are very responsive. Sending money to Europe was the biggest obstacle but other than that Herbies service was very fast and the seeds I have purchased have all grown nicely. I got one sparce shorty plant out of seven nice full ones. I m happy”
