“There was some confusion with the local post office but it was resolved quickly thanks to the customer service on Herbies who provided the information I needed to claim my parcel. Will definitely be ordering again as it arrived on the expected time.”

“Caution here! Ordered on 8th of July and never got my package. I got send a weird tracking link from 17track in Spanish (I’m German). As said the parcel never arrived. Customer service is saying they don’t know where the parcel is and they haven’t heard back from DHL (Postal service Germany). No proactive communication from customer support. No proactive proposal for a solution. Horrible experience so far. Can’t recommend this page and I wouldn’t order again.”

Our customers are more than welcome to use any other website to track their orders. Based on the tracking information, your order couldn't be delivered due to being refused by the recipient. “I was very disappointed with my first order because some of the seeds got crushed on transport. But Herbies handled it really well and replaced all the seeds.”

“Had to contact the team at Herbies after 1 of my package deliveries went missing, without hesitation the team were quick to react and help me out. Ive dealt with many seed banks and have had this scenario happen in different places, normally the seedbank will muck you around or try not to help... this was not the case with Herbies . Simply from this, I'll keep my loyalty here for the foreseeable future. Thank you Herbies Team, you rock👆🏾❤️💛💚”

“Unfortunately, the order could not be delivered; there was probably a problem with the address. The package was sent back. A reshipment was refused because the shipment apparently never arrived. A refund of the invoice amount was also refused, for the reason stated above and with reference to the terms and conditions. If it had been my fault, I would understand that. The correspondence also took place with various employees, apparently no one feels responsible for clarifying the order. What a shame!”
