“Having previously owned another pair of really comfortable hey dude shoes. I ordered another pair for work. This pair seem alot smaller in size and cut into my foot where the elastic is sewn so have to wear padded plasters everytime I wear them”

“I like casual canvas shoes. I have bought several pairs in the past made by other brands. Having just bought my first pair of Hey Dudes, it's time to reflect. Why haven't I bought them sooner! They are lightweight but strong. They are comfortable from the first wearing. At the front of the queue for style and looks. I'm a happy Dude!”

“Love Dude shoes Sizing, I need size bigger as they come up small on me. These canvas shoes are nice but one shoe was very creased and the other not at all so kinda looked like an odd pair. All that aside they are great to wear and look cool.”

“Hey dude needs to clean house in their customer service department. The worst customer service I've ever dealt with!!! When you complain you get a standard form letter and they dismiss you with no corrective action, you are literally shi# out of luck! Power of the pen!! I will tell my story so people get the real picture of what goes on with this company not just the perfect 5 star ratings you'll see on their website, they'll never show you anything less than 4 stars with tiny minor little problems. That right there tells you a bit about how they are hiding there horrible customer service problems. Just look a little harder before you buy from them. Try searching hey dude shoes bad reviews and watch what you'll find, one after another bad reviews of customer service. I was out 60 some bucks for shoes I never received but looks like many others were out a whole lot more than me! Also they only communicate by email, what ever happened to talking to a human, it takes too long to tell my story by writing! If I could talk to someone higher up I know I would be taken care of properly!”
