“My husband lost his life in an RTC, he was a pedestrian. The case was complicated and I did not have any legal insurance in place. Having been told by 2 other firms of solicitors that they could not help me I contacted Higgs and Co. Claire Burnell came out to see me and explained clearly how she could help me with no win no fee. Claire was professional but compassionate and kept me fully informed every step of the way. We were succesful and I recieved a large figure in compensation for my loss. It couldn't bring back my husband but enabled me to turn my life around. I will be eternally grateful to Higgs and Co and to Claire Burnell in particular.”

“Following my accident at work in Feb 2008 Higgs +sons took on my case for compensation, Claire Langford was the solicitor, she was very professional and sorted everything out for us at a difficult time, nothing was too much trouble for her, she was always accessable, unfortunately she had to take maternity leave towards the end of the settlement. The solicitor who took over was not as good , most of the time couldn't get to speak to him, left messages but still no contact from him. That is the reason i have only rated "satisfactory", if Claire L angford had continued it would have been "very good".”
