“The products I buy from Higher Nature are very good BUT I do not like the £15 per annum fee for membership in order to obtain discounts on orders. I used to pay for membership (when it was £9) but gave up firstly because HN stopped selling some items I had ordered regularly and secondly I wasn't sure that I would get my money's worth when it went up to £15 p.a. I have FREE membership with Holland & Barrett, which earns me points on all orders, giving me discount on future orders plus they have some excellent offers.”

“I have always believed these vitamin tablets are high quality. I have been frustrated with recent supply issues however. Several subscription orders have not been available, and in one case I was charged postage for an unavailable item.”

Many thanks for taking the time to review. We are pleased to say that we have recently updated our systems to resolve the issues we have had with the incorrect postage charge and this will not happen again in the future. Our ingredients come from the very best sources, no matter where they are located. This means that we ship from around the globe to hold true to our standards. Whilst we always aim to keep items fully stocked, this is dependent on many factors that cannot be predicted for example, unusually high demand for a particular product, difficulty importing quality ingredients since we left the EU, or other world events that affect shipping routes. Most recently we were affected by the issues on going in the Red Sea. With all of this in mind it is very difficult to say that we will not experience issues in the future but please be assured our team has recently reassessed restocking cycles to better maintain our stock position, and they always work hard to bring items back as soon as possible. “I have been a customer of Higher Nature for many years and have been extremely satisfied with your products and service until this year. I would like to remain a happy customer, but your membership changes this year have left me totally confused. I am a member for ad hoc purchases and also a subscriber to Subscribe and Save. Your recent messages seem to be telling me that i can either be a member or I can use Susscribe & Save, but I have to choose one or the other. It appears that you are trying to make it difficult for your long standing customers like me to do business with you.”

“My concern is the failure to notify me when for months Cardiac health tablets were NOT available in spite of havng a subscription - now that tablets are available again 3 pots were delivered all at once followed shortly after by another. No information accompanied the very late delivery. I no longer need to have so many pots but seemingly I cant cancel my sbscription. Higher Nature products are good but customer relations seem very poor”
