“With my optician's approval I have used Higher Nature Visual Eyes for about twelve years, since I was first diagnosed with Age Related Macular Degeneration. At the age of 80 I now also have cataracts forming in both eyes and glaucoma in one eye, but my sight is still good enough to drive according to my recent test at Specsavers. I have found obtaining the supplement automatically from Higher Nature every month reliable and really convenient.”

“I have been with Higher Nature since they published their very first, catalogue. All the years I have been a customer, they were second to none. Of course, over the years things have changed a lot and needed adjusting and adapting. They are still a good firm and supply some excellent supplements, and I will continue to use them in the future.”

“I have been purchasing from Higher Nature for a long time and am thus a loyal customer. However I am disappointed that some items which I was previously able to obtain now seem unobtainable, and others are not offered in the same bottle size, so that I have to order more frequently. I took it that these difficulties were the result of a recent takeover. Perhaps there’s another reason.”

“I used to feel like ordering from Higher Nature was good value, especially when you pay the membership fee, however they have changed the system and the free gifts are only selected items that you can only order after your first order. I was shocked that when placing my second order the "free gifts" I tried to order were all out of stock, so this seems more like a very good scam now. I would advise you to shop around before ordering from Higher Nature”

Our membership scheme has recently changed, and the membership free gift is now claimed on the next order you place with us using the promotional code you would have received in the email following your renewal. The new order needs to be placed at least 24 hours after the membership renewal and include another item. The gift can be claimed anytime up until the end of your membership year. “The products I buy are very good, otherwise I would buy similar products nelsewhere BUT I object to the charge of £15 per annum for membership (which I refuse to pay), something which is free with rival Holland and Barrett. I'm also disappointed that several years ago you stopped selling organic sprouted flaxseeds and more recently you discontinued lecithin. I used to buy both products regularly.”

“Only one comment and probably unique! I'm used to getting deliveries via Yodel, DPD, Evri, etc., but when Royal Mail notified me that they'd got my parcel from CeeWhy Vancouver I was totally baffled. This was because I have relatives in Vancouver, Canada and when I phoned them to find out what they'd sent me the answer was "nothing"! I was, therefore expecting a scam delivery and was both surprised and relieved to find it was my latest Higher Nature order. You could have warned us of this new service! Is it a one-off or is it a permanent arrangement? At least I'll know in future! (Thanks for the laugh, Higher Nature!)”

“I feel I must write to complain that having placed a large order at more than £95 on the morning of 14/5/24, I received an email a little later that morning from Higher Nature announcing the Spend & Save Event, which would have enabled me to save 15%. I rang you as soon as I was able to on my lunch break to explain that I had missed out on this discount but was told it was too late to apply it to my account. I was offered a discount on my next purchase but this would not equate to a similar discount as I rarely spend as much in one go. Whilst the member of staff was sympathetic and very polite, I do feel that as a member of many years, a credit could have been applied to my account for the discount I would have received, had I ordered later that morning. I feel very disappointed by the inflexible policy on this.”

“I have used red sterol for quite a while now , after being recommended by my son who is a Health Shop manager in Ireland .I first purchased through Amazon but after a while they were not able to supply and then I was able to purchase direct from Higher Nature, and I have had no problems since then. Even now after using Red Sterol by doctor would still suggest statins but I have always refused there are difinitely no side effects from the Red Sterol.”

“Like the Flax seed capsules and have used them for years to maximise Omega 3 intake. Flax seed can be hard to obtain from other sources, but Higher Nature provide high quality items which are easy to order and delivery is speedy.”
