Customer "Service" is an absolute disaster, not responding our outright lying to you. There is a reason they only take crypto and gift cards: So they can take your money and run. “Yes, I also tried to order and what saved me from losing money was I sent them a Walmart gift card, but luckily for me they for some reason wrote back saying I sent in a used Amazon gift card. They must be dense because Walmart is plainly on the card in big letters on the front and back. I did message them a couple of times but with every response from them they never answered my question but only let me know how I could send them my payment. Yes, I was tricked by some on Reddit who recommended them to me. I never really get on Reddit but I was looking for a cheaper way to get my medicine and was hoping to get some recommendations. I now know to not depend on any reviews online because a lot are only fakes.”
“I bought two times from this company. The first time my medicines got taken by the customs. The second time I did receive the medicines, and they appear to be all fake (finasteride & tadalafil. They told me I just build a tolerance for them and they aren't fake. Although when using the same dosages of other suppliers they do work right away”
“I wrote a poor review here in the past about HSP regarding a pending order. They saw it and then emailed that they would release it if I remove my review so I did. They asked just for a chance to prove themselves. Once I got my order one product was missing. It would not have been hard to miss in such a small package and the other product came in the correct quantity ordered but not the one I seriously need and is not cheap. Their reply is embarrassing to read since it's more than absurd. First they claim the packing slip was checked by the warehouse person and it was correct. Now comes the impossible. The second excuse was Customs checks the package and the packing slip before they send it on . If so, they would NOT have passed it to be shipped to the US. I have kept every email and the package which NEVER comes with a packing slip other than what is on the exterior of the package which they labaled, "HealthCare Product". I'm willing to send all communications and package to the adminstrator as proof. I've dealt with them a couple of years, good customer and promoter, yet they call me a liar? I never complained when also cheated on free goods that was to come with a previous order but came short. This is not a company to buy from.”

The tracking site they use (17track.net) seems like a beta site and gives random jargon with little to no info. Avoid. My search for a good site continues”
