“I buy lots of cases of Hint a week and got a case where the Raspberry had no flavor, tasted just like water. I contacted Hint about this problem and they told me to take it up with Walmart where I bought it. I told them Walmart has nothing to do with Hint products except to sell. They did not care to help me. Very poor customer service.”
“I love the water, but customer service is HORRIBLE. You cannot speak to a live person, and email responses are slow and contain unfulfilled promises.
02/13 I ordered three cases of water. 02/15, the website showed my order was out for delivery. 02/16, I had not received my order, so I emailed customer service. I was assured I would receive my order. That day I received a delivery, but it was only one of the three cases. The delivery person took a picture as proof of delivery, so I had validation from their own driver that I only received one case.
As of 02/22, I still have not received the two missing cases or a refund.”
