“They have some nice designs, but quality has definitely dropped. I've bought quite a few Tees over years and was always happy with them, but found that the material is of poorer quality, after a recent order.
Customer service are slow to respond, their online returns center is clunky, and having to pay for returns means you're out of pocket.
I won't be ordering again.”
“The difference in quality is actually insane, bought two of the same hoodies a couple months apart, exact same style, colour and size. One is thick and really good quality, most recent one is like paper and fits horrendously. Used to be a regular customer but can't trust these guys anymore, clearly going the usual way of companies. AVOID”

“Good quality clothes with a difference! My first order I limited to 2 t-shirts so as to see what the quality was like. I've just received my 2nd order of another 3 t-shirts. NEED I SAY MORE? For the price the quality of the shirts is good, the quality of the printed designs is superb! The shirts wash well with only minimal shrinkage. If you are looking to have some good quality clothes with a difference I would highly recommend Hobo Jacks”
“Well I ordered 8 days ago emailed them first time as I couldn't track my fully track order, this was as soon as I got my email saying it had been dispatched. its now the 10-4-21 and they haven't replied. I mean surely they aren't that busy it takes that long to reply? Sent another 2 emails waiting for a reply as yesterday 9-4-21 royal mail have said they had delivered my parcel while I was in, and they are suppose to supply proof of delivery and there's nothing. Nothing was delivered to my address and nothing was signed for any proof. Wish I would of looked on here as it looks like I'm not going to get anywhere with this situation. Not happy”
“Ordered six items and was left for a week without any info other than an order confirmation sent the day of the order. Emailed them twice so far with no reply and no other way of contacting them for a full refund. I payed for actual clothing not the idea of it.. never again.”

“Don't bother. Quoted as 2 to 4 day delivery, day five today and they have sent an email saying it was dispatched at the start of the week, but tracking number shows it's not even gone to Royal Mail yet. No response to customer service email.”
“I ordered 3 items from HoboJack at the end of November. There was an "attempted delivery" on 12/17 but my wife was home and no one came to the house and no delivery attempt notification or card was left. Customer service was nearly non-existent and when they did answer, they were vague, unhelpful, and unwilling to do anything to correct the situation. They then emailed me today saying the items status had updated and I will receive my package in a few days. The USPS website tracking says they are returning the package to the sender. So now I'm here, nearly two months since placing my order with nothing to show and zero help from the business itself. Never ordering from them again.”
“Everything arrived quickly and looked cool. I had ordered a size up as I hate small t-shirts and I’m glad I did as it was just the right size. However after one wash (on 30degrees) it shrunk so much I could hardly get it on. I’m 5”7 and 72kg and should really have no need to order a large but even though I did I now have a small shirt that stretches like a drum skin across my back! Really hoping for a refund. Just waiting on a response from customer services!”
“Very very poor customer service, I order 3 items of clothing with an arrival date of 3 / 4 days with royal mails 48 hour tracked. Turned to 6 days without anything so I contacted the hobo jack Facebook Page to receive a message saying to email them. I emailed them 3 times before I got a response, the email just told me my tracking information... nothing about my items being late or any sort of apology. I then contacted them again explaining it hasn’t arrived as the post has been for today. It has now been a total of 8 days and nothing. The customer service is terrible, they don’t want to know or help. Will be taking this further”
